Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Room looked straight out onto the sea.front . Room had absolutely everything we needed including an electric fan in this hot weather we've had. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We spent one night in this hotel,and it was absolutely excellent.The room was nice and very clean.The owner and his wife was very friendly and kind.The breakfast is continental,but you can have egg on toast,or beans on toast as well.The location is very good,you have long stay car par just 5min walk from the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was good and there was a car park very close by which cost £8 for 48 hours (winter price - summer price is £14). Staff were friendly. The fried eggs at breakfast were good. Very close to the sea.

We were shown to a room which was not the one we had booked and were told we could have it if we paid £20 cash straight away. This felt very odd - especially since this room was nothing special. The sofa in the room was old and covered with a blanket - it took up the whole of the bay window space. A small table and chairs in that space would have been much better. Definitely not a 'continental breakfast' - it consisted of cereal and cheap individually-wrapped croissants with jam, but as I said the eggs we were offered were good. We chose to have breakfast elsewhere on our second morning.
