No sleep due to disturbance from room next door!! Staff should have taken action. Call police!!
Super friendly staff, great breakfast
Nuisance people in the room next door, noisy arguing all night till 2,30 am so we didn’t sleep.Shouting swearing, rang reception but nothing was done. Police should of been called

The location was perfect and staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a pretty little hotel and I love that they were pet and family friendly. The choices for breakfast was brilliant and I was glad they cater for allergies
We asked for specific items to be done a certain way for the breakfast due to having children with additional needs and allergies, this was not done and my daughter with a milk allergy was given toast with normal butter on it which we specifically asked for flora butter. We didn’t no this till the journey home which she was then quite ill. The rooms were beautiful but the bath had cracks in it which my son scratched him self on and the beds were rock hard and hurt my back.

The location and the view were the best thing. Right on the seafront and the view from the room was the best. The staff were really friendly and made us feel comfortable.
The main issue we had was the bath room in the family room. The shower was either burning hot or freezing cold, it was very hard to get a warm temperature and the water pressure was very low. The bathroom needs updating. The floorboards are also very squeaky.

Staff were very attentive and professional! The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the centre of Exmouth (a little bit of a hill tho so maybe not as easy for someone with decreased mobility). The breakfast selection and quality was excellent!
As mentioned, the room we stayed in needs an uplift. Very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean but rather dated. Its more the guest house market than 4* hotel but in fairness, the price reflects this !

Fabulous place to stay, felt welcomed and taken care of
Elegant building nice Decorations and large old-fashioned ship pictures in communal areas. Small neat lift to upper floors. Fabulous lounge room overlooking the sea with binoculars supplied! Lovely Receptionist, most helpful and kind Spotless en-suite bathroom Access to the outside easy even in the night hours, Suited me as I tend to get up and need to move In the night hours
Some scaffolding at the back of the property in the garden area The weather was stormy when I was there And the winds blow in through the gaps in sash windows, In rooms with sea views, A small price to pay and it calmed by the morning

I marked down, one point, for facilities, only because on booking.com it said toiletries were provided. For this reason, I did not take my own toiletries. However, only soap was provided. This wouldn’t have been a problem had I known, I would’ve brought my own, and been totally happy.
