Wonderful location for a family trip!

Wonderful location, easy walking distance to town and to bus stop /train station, beautiful views from the upstairs terrace, excellent and swift communication from the host on a question we needed to ask. Facilities were comfortable, easy to use. We cooked a couple of nights, no problem. Supermarket about 10 mins walk away with lots of choice for self catering. My daughter and I had the top floor with twin room and toilet, and nice big space for dressing area /keeping luggage etc. My husband had one of the mid floor double rooms. Lots to do and see locally including vineyard, castle, river boat trips, large swimming baths. Great for a family trip!

As others have mentioned, the road to the house is extremely tight. We scraped a wheel trim of our hire car and spent the rest of our stay panicking we were going to see a big bill! Luckily we didn't. Reversing in to the underhouse parking also very stressful. Think this needs to be highlighted clearly on the advert for the house or in the arrival instructions as once we were on the road we had no choice but to keep driving up it as its one way. We used the car park at the end of the road for the rest of our stay, its free from 7pm-8am and you can easily pay for the following morning on the machine so you don't have to rush down in the morning to pop a ticket on. Unless you're in a v small car would recommend avoiding the under house car park.

Rooftop patio!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Ferienhaus Larina in beautiful Cochem! The rooftop patio over looking the Mosel was our favorite part. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Would definitely return.

Body wash and shampoo in the shower would have been nice. Not a big deal though.

Truly an amazing, clean house on walking distance from the city centre and a great view of the river

The host was there waiting for us. We had contact through whatsapp and all went perfect. The house itself is great, the rooms, kitchen, bathroom, roof top terrace with an amazing view! The house is very clean and well maintained, highly recommended.

Nothing, all was great. The parking space was a bit small but hey, that was truly all. The place itself, the view, the host, all is perfect.

Very accommodating host, and we had a great stay overall. Really nice location close to town. The roof top patio has a beautiful view of the valley and a perfect way to start or end your day. Lots of space, good value, and I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Best Ferienhaus ive seen so far!!!!

Nice location 500 metre of centre square. Beautiful appartement with everything you need. It was clean and large enough. Had a garden and a terrasse on the roof. 3 large bedrooms were also very comfortable. Toilets on multiple floors.. dutch television. Perfect!!!!

Fantastic value and a beautiful house.

We arrived by boat and the host very kindly met us and drove us to the house. It has been beautifully renovated and has everything you could need. It is in a very quiet area and only a short walk into the centre of Cochem. Anyone not wanting to walk into town in the evening for dinner, there is a very good Italian restaurant in a hotel five minutes walk away on the waterfront going away from the town centre. The hosts also organised a taxi to take us to the station on the day we left. I highly recommend this property and feel it is too cheap for what you get, we would have happily paid more.

The only slight negative is that the main bathroom is on the ground floor which means if you need to use the toilet in the night you either have to go downstairs or upstairs to either of the bathrooms if you are in one of the two bedrooms on the first floor. Shower soap would have been nice.

Grote huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooie locatie. 5 minuten lopen van centrum.

Als je grote auto hebt kan je straatje bijna niet inrijden, het is super krap. Je kan je auto wel parkeren op parkeerplekje op 100m afstand.

War nett aber einmal reicht auch.

Küche voll ausgestattet, drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Toiletten, Lage ist super, Wohnung war bei Ankunft wohl temperiert, Betten waren bezogen, genügend Handtücher vor Ort, Platz ohne Ende...für eine Ferienwohnung

Sehr individuelle Umsetzung auf baulicher Seite...da hat sich ein Heimwerker ausgetobt. Bei Ankunft erst mal Geschirrspüler ausgeräumt. Die Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus ist sehr schmal. Eigentlich gibt es einen Parkplatz direkt vor Ort aber leider mit einem Mercedes Kombi nicht nutzbar. Es gibt einen Parkplatz am Bahnhof, lt. Aussage Vermieterin, aber zu weit (ca. 1,5 km) weg. In der Nähe gibt es einen Parkplatz, muss man aber bezahlen. Innerhalb von 4 Tagen waren so auch noch mal 30 € weg. Hätte ich mir gerne gespart. WLAN war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Kurzurlaubs eher bescheiden. Dachterrasse ist nett aber der Besitzer sollte sich nochmal Gedanken über die Bedachung machen.

We hadden een heerlijke tijd in dit bijzondere huis dat pal tegen een rots is gebouwd

Het is goed om te weten dat je met de auto door een zeer smal straatje moet om de woning te bereiken, wij moesten zelfs met ingeklapte spiegels rijden. Je kunt onder de woning parkeren, dit is een uitdaging maar met de nodige stuurmanskunst te doen. Dan eerst een trap op naar de voordeur, via een terras met tuinmeubilair. Daar, op de 1e verdieping is de keuken (met vaatwasser), woonkamer(tje) en badkamer met wc. Op de 2e verdieping twee slaapkamers. Op de 3e verdieping een slaapkamer en een ruimte met een bed en toegang tot een wc. Vandaaruit weer een trap naar boven van waar je naar buiten komt bij een stenen trap naar het dakterras met een werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht over de Moezel. Er zijn dus veel trappen, maar het zijn wel gemakkelijke trappen. De woning is uitstekend gelegen, op korte loopafstand van de Moezel, van het centrum van Cochem en bij de wandelroute naar de burcht.

Een vakantiewoning om aan iedereen aan te bevelen.

De vriendelijke bereidheid om ons te helpen bij aankomst. De correcte afhandeling van ons verblijf. De vakantiewoning was heel goed verzorgd, ideaal gelegen en dit alles aan een heel goede prijs. We kregen ook onmiddellijk antwoord op onze vragen. Heel vriendelijke eigenaars

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Der zum Haus gehörige Parkplatz ist sehr klein. Da passt höchstens ein smart rein.

die betten waren gut

das Wohnzimmer viel zu klein das Sofa war wie ein Stück Brett viel zu hart (billig) den Eingang von der Straße aus keine Beleuchtung die Garage für einen SUV nicht machbar also kostet es dann noch ca. 28 Euro Zusatz gebüren für ein Parkplatz warum bekommt da keinen Anwohner Ausweis damit man kostenlos parken kann

Nicht noch einmal!

Man hat alles was man braucht, Toilettenpapier, Seife etc. Zwei schöne aussen Bereiche. Super Lage.

Wenn man mehr als 60 kg wiegt kann man auf den Matratzen nicht schlafen. Da sind Faltmatratzen noch angenehmer. Sauber war es in den Schubladen der Küche auch nicht. Wir wussten das ganze Geschirr nochmals abwaschen, bevor man "damit", oder eher gesagt "davon" essen wollte. In dem unterem Badezimmer waren Haare an den Fliesen. Wir waren Mitte-Ende April dort und es war sehr kalt. Leider war es in dem Haus noch kälter als draußen und wir mussten erstmal alles hochdrehen. Ausserdem konnten wir auch nicht dort parken, sondern mussten keine 200 Meter weit weg parken. Eigentlich kein Problem, nur wir waren 3 Nächte dort und man musste den Parkplatz bezahlen. Das heißt wieder extra kosten. In den Abstellplatz für das Auto waren nämlich Gerüstteile, die wurden dann entfernt als wir abgereist sind. Leider haben wir nicht mehr Fotos gemacht.

Fantastische ervaring.

Super mooie ligging met een heel leuk terras met uitzicht op de moezel! Het huis is heel netjes gerenoveerd en is zeker een aanrader! Vriendelijk en behulpzame eigenaar. Geen slechte ervaringen gehad. Alles was top!
