Great appartement !

The appartement was clean and well located. It had almost everything we needed to cook a great meal, just missing the condiments like salt and pepper.

Maybe the bed cover could be warmer for the cold nights.

Right in the center of Cochem. The host was great and very responsive! The property was comfy for two of us with listed amenities. We rented an attic so there were stairs. There was a/c. It was loud but the host warned us beforehand so we were ready. You need to park in the garage but it was a short walk. The garage felt secure even at night. Would rent again!

Great room, but needs to improve mattress

Great location. Clean room. With all the facilities you may need (kettle, oven, coffee-machine, toaster, all the kitchen utensils). The bathroom was really clean, plumbing fixtures were working well, new clean sealant. Bidet. Quite enough space for three (2 adults + teen)

The only problem, but quite serious, was a main bed. The mattress is extremely soft and the same with pillows, so we slept really bad both nights. There is a mattress pad, but it makes it even softer. Soundproofing was moderate, but for historical buildings like this, I think it's fine.

Wonderful one-room apartment with everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is just one room and a large bathroom, but it was perfect for our family of three, located in the center of Cochem, very close to the Mosel. The host met us at the apartment for check-in to hand over the keys and answer any questions. The apartment is nicely decorated with attention to detail all around. The kitchenette had everything we needed, bed and pull-out couch were comfortable, nice windows, furniture, etc. The bathroom was modern, large, and super clean. We could use a locked storage room to store our bikes downstairs. Exceptional value for the money. Thank you for the great stay!

Does the job in a good location, but best for shorter stays

The location is great - about 15mins from the station, but right in the end of the old town so you have everything laid out in front of you. And close to the river. Good shower pressure, the air con is powerful (once you find a setting - see below), its comfy, the check in via lockbox was easy. Nice furnishings.

The air con might work great, but it has no instructions/manual available (I looked online too) so I had to randomly hit different settings until i found something that seemed to work. It is very loud when working hard enough to cool the flat well. A few small things - the sink and handsoap were a bit strange, the shower door needs fixing. No bag in the kitchen bin, and there was tea and a kettle provided but no coffee? The fridge wasn't powered on and we couldn't find a switch - in August!

Compact and comfortable

Compact but comfortable and well equipped for an easy stay. Very clean and well maintained with new furniture and equipment . Convenient location in the old part of the city.

It is mentioned in the description but If you have heavy luggage not so easy to reach the property to load/download it. Just a little bit of English speaking by the owner could be helpful for foreigners.

We loved this place

We liked the location, it was comfortable and very clean, the bathroom was very spacious.

The only thing we didn’t like about was that it did not have air conditioning and for us Americans is very important

Good for overnight stay.

Very central location, and possibility to store our racing bikes safely overnight. Very spacious and modern bathroom.

The location is above a pub with loud music. Definitely recommended to take earplugs. We were under the impression, when booking, that the bedroom was separate from the living room, but this was not the case. Just be aware of it!

A VISIT TO COCHEM FOR CHRISTMAS MARKET

We rented 2 apartments for 2 nights and both were more than adequate for what we needed. Excellent communication with Sergey and Anna who was there to meet us with the keys. The location was great, a short walk from the multi storey car park (8 mins). The bed was very comfortable and there are many places to go to eat in the neighbourhood.

Parking could have been closer, but it's in the heart of the old town so not a lot can be done about that. Everything else was fine.

Good place but next to bars

Located in the centre of the town, it was clean and confortable. A comfy bed and plenty of towels.

There is quite a bit of noise during the night as it is very close to some bars that serve drinks until late night.

Superb

Lovely location in Cochem, right in the old town. So obviously you hear the people in the street below. Clean, big bathroom. Self catering. Nice apartment. Keys were in a lock box but someone still met us on arrival and assisted us. Cochem is a lovely place to stay with it's own beautiful castle where you have a guided tour and may take photos inside - definitely worth visiting (the town and castle)

Parking is not that easy in these little towns but one can drive right up to the apartment before 10am. Make sure you pay when parking in the parking lots.

Darling apartment right in the center of Cochem

Right in the middle of old town! Everything was spotlessly clean and recently remodeled, and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to safely secure our bicycles inside the building, which made us feel very comfortable. Oh and the best part? There was an air conditioner that worked just fine in the heat of the summer! The apartment was decked out in pink, which happens to be my favorite color, so I felt very lucky. :) Also our hosts were very, very nice.

The kitchen could use a few items like a sharp knife, a real cutting board, a few more pots and pans, glasses, etc.

Old town charm.

Centrally located in the old part of town with convenient access to food and other activities. The room is quite large with a modern bathroom. Check in was simple. One block off promenade.

Exceptional

It is a clean and big place. The facilities are in good quality. The location is perfect: Walk 1 min to the river side, 10 min to the Castle, and close to the city square. We had one night at the top floor, the quality is even better than the picture shows. Through the window you have a nice view of the street.

Nice flat in central Cochem, perfect for a night or two

It is very well located. It was easy to contact the host, and they were extremely kind to wait for us despite we arrived later than planned. They gave us recommendations for food/shopping. The flat is below the roof, but there is a nice air-conditionning system. There are a few accessories for cooking, but we stayed only one night and just needed the water-boiler.

Everything was great!
