All good and on time

Quite comfortable, even though it was upstairs. The staff was super helpful even though we were terribly late arriving. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Parking! Great location if you're on foot, but if you're expecting to drive your car to unload, think again. However this is also a published fact. Just plan accordingly!

The location is good, room is clean, the little kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is also clean. Communication with the host was smooth, and he let us know the parking location in advance.
Room 2 has its own water heater, so there's no problem; but in room 1, I was just three minutes into the shower, the warm water already ran out, and I had no idea how long I have to wait the warm water come back again. Luckily, we had two rooms, so sharing the bathroom wasn’t a big deal.

The location is great - about 15mins from the station, but right in the end of the old town so you have everything laid out in front of you. And close to the river. Good shower pressure, the air con is powerful (once you find a setting - see below), its comfy, the check in via lockbox was easy. Nice furnishings.
The air con might work great, but it has no instructions/manual available (I looked online too) so I had to randomly hit different settings until i found something that seemed to work. It is very loud when working hard enough to cool the flat well. A few small things - the sink and handsoap were a bit strange, the shower door needs fixing. No bag in the kitchen bin, and there was tea and a kettle provided but no coffee? The fridge wasn't powered on and we couldn't find a switch - in August!
