Vacation home for families or friends; dogs welcome

We have completely renovated and refurnished our sun-drenched (when the sun is out!) 1930s house for you.
It is located on the sunny side of the Moselle in Cochem-Cond, on the road to Valwig; behind the house, the garden, along with the neighbors’ gardens, borders a vineyard.
In the basement, there are 2 garages with direct access to the house entrance.
On the first floor is the large kitchen with a dining area and access to the terrace. The adjoining open-concept living area features a wood-burning stove. In the stairwell, on the same level, you’ll find a guest restroom and access to the patio.
On the upper floor, which features a balcony, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, as well as a smaller double bedroom; both offer a view of Cochem Castle. A spacious shower room serves both rooms.
In the attic, there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a dresser, and a table, as well as a smaller double bedroom. A bathroom with a tub is available for both rooms.


Amenities: All rooms, including the bathrooms and the guest restroom, have at least one window. The living and sleeping areas, the kitchen, and the bathrooms feature oiled hardwood floors and, in some areas, high-quality carpeting.
The house is fully equipped with silverware, dishes, a dishwasher, towels, bedding, a washing machine, and a dryer, etc.
In the living room, you’ll find a stereo system with an iPod connector, a CD player, and a radio, as well as a DVD player and a TV with satellite reception.

Our house is also comfortable for just a few people and offers the perfect retreat for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet but doesn’t want to miss out on the proximity to restaurants and the city’s charm.
