Loved the view and location, the apartment was a little tired.

Excellent views. Fantastic balcony overlooking the Moselle. Zell is lovely.

There was a big damp patch and damp smell from a flood from the apartment above. There was a spider’s nest in the corner of the room.

Location is great, comfy beds and great views

Basic furniture and not many kitchen appliances. Small table for 4 people and no sofa, just a 2-seats red leather semi-couch.

Top Lage, lieblose Ferienwohnung. Parken vor dem Haus nur mit Parkschein möglich.

Die Lage

Bei der Ankunft war es sehr kalt.(9Grad) Es standen lediglich zwei Heizstrahler als Hauptheizungquelle. Sehr einfache Einrichtung( Tapate ab im Schlafzimmer, Schlafzimmer sehr klein in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Badezimmer, nur mit einem Vorhang getrennt, wackelige Armatur in der Küche) Gastgeber wenig bemüht, fast gleichgültig. Dachboden mit zwei liegenden Matratzen , zugänglich über eine mobile Leiter mit sehr wenig Platz. Es fällt die Gemütlichkeit und das Herz des Gastgebers.

Es gab keine Parkplätze zur Wohnung wie in der Beschreibung das Internet ging nicht der Fussboden war schmutzig und Spinnweben in den Ecken schmutziges Geschirr stand im Schrank

Fantastischer Moselblick vom kleinen, gemütlichen Apartement mit Spitzdach!

Ich hatte das oberste, kleine Apartement vom Ferienhaus Moselherz mit dem Spitzdach. Für 1-2 Personen ist diese Unterkunft gut geeignet. Für mich war der Ausblick auf die Mosel entscheidend. Und damit punktet die Unterkunft besonders. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen hervorragenden Weitblick links in Richtung Zell, sowie rechts in Richtung Bullay. Schon vom kombinierten Wohn-und Küchenbereich aus blickt man auf den Fluß. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man den Blick auf die Weinberge. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit.. alles gut. Ich würde diese FeWo nochmal buchen!

Da es keine Aufzug gibt, muss man sich mit seinem Gepäck auf der etwas schmalen Holztreppe nach oben "arbeiten". Das ist der Preis für den tollen Ausblick. War für mich kein Problem. Wer allerdings "schlecht zu Fuß ist", hat da schon eine Aufgabe vor sich. Mittlerweile ist der Bereich vor dem Haus parkscheinpflichtig. Es wurden neue Parkflächenmarkierungen aufgebracht. Tagespreis 10€. Nur mal so als Info! Einen eigenen, kostenlosen Stellplatz wird man als Gast jedenfalls nicht erhalten. Insgesamt überwiegt das "Positive" dieser Unterkunft für mich deutlich!

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad.

Locatie was goed. Balkon met uitzicht. Geen verkeer. Uitzicht op de moezel Fietsen in de kelder.

Fietsen in de kelder zetten. Je moet twee traptreden naar beneden en naar boven. Tip misschien is het mogelijk om een schuine oprit te maken.

Eine Reise wert.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Mosel vom Balkon aus. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es direkt vor der Haustür. Ansonsten konnte man Zell zu Fuß schnell erreichen. Der Check-in lief unkompliziert ab, da man die Schlüssel durch einen Code aus einem Schließfach selbständig entnehmen konnte. Wir haben uns bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und alles war sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Was een fijn weekend aan de moezel

Mooie studio met een fijn balkon, met een prachtig uitzicht op de moezel.

1 persoon had geen donsdeken in zijn overtrek steken maar een fijn dekentje

Manchmal hat man wohl auch Pech

Die Dusche war mit einem roten Biofilm belegt und das Wasser floss nicht richtig ab sondern schwappte über. Nach einem Telefonat mit dem Verwalter der Unterkunft sollte jemand vorbei kommen und das Problem beheben, was nicht geschah.
