These detached villas, which were renovated in 2017, are located on Ferienresort Cochem. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy. You'll have a nice living room with underfloor heating and an open kitchen with several appliances at your disposal. On the ground floor you'll find two bedrooms, each with two single beds. There also is one bathroom. Upstairs there are another four bedrooms, three of which with two single beds and one children's room with a nice theme and a bunk bed. This bedroom is really something special for the kids. There are another three bathrooms upstairs. The bedrooms, except for the children's room, features two single box-spring beds, some in a two-person set-up. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture. There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car. 2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.
