Excellent choice for a few days in Cochem!

Location was great and apartment was very comfortable. Kitchen had all teh essentials and beds were very comfortable and excellent shower. Close to the centre of Cochem, so a great location for sightseeing. Parking garage is excellent if a little confusing to find at first!

There wasn't really anywhere to sit comfortably in the evening. Internet is very slow!

It was very quite as long as the windows where closed and they worked really well but if you are a light sleeper on a warm night and wanted to open a window the traffic would be annoying. The pillows where much to soft for me.

Good

Very nice host, she gave us a couple of tips to do we hadn't found ourselves yet. Spacious rooms, location was about a 5 minute walk to the center.

Head cushions weren't comfortable at all, so maybe bring your own. Also the room is facing the busy street, so with the windows open there's quite a lot noise.

Ondanks de paar minpuntjes,een zeer fijne accommodatie om te verblijven. En hij sprak al redelijk Nederlands

Het was heel erg netjes en schoon,en voor een kleine vergoeding een privé garagebox.

Het is erg gehorig,tussen de etages zou wat geluid-isolatie niet overbodig zijn. En een pleintje achter om te roken,echter komt dan de rook via het raam naar binnen. Niet fijn als niet-roker

Het was een fijn verblijf!

Mooie ruime en schone kamer met de benodigde faciliteiten (eigen badkamer, keukentje, etc.). Super vriendelijke host, heeft ons super geholpen ondanks dat wij niet zo goed Duits spraken. Op een perfecte locatie en afstand van het centrum.

Bedden waren wat hard, maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur. En de kamer was wat gehorig (geluid van anderen gasten, apparaten en auto's over de weg).

Prijs kwaliteit is prima.

Nette accommodatie en een fijne eigen parkeergarage. Fietsen kunnen veilig worden gestald en eventueel worden opgeladen.

Slaapkamer aan de voorzijde geeft overlast van verkeer aan een drukke doorgangsweg. Dit kan de slaapkwaliteit beïnvloeden.

Rustige ligging aan de achterkant van het complex. (Voorkant ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg.) En heerlijk dat we een weliswaar klein maar fijn balkon hadden.

Goed voor een dagje Cochem

We hebben de eigenaars niet ontmoet, maar werden wel hartelijk ontvangen met een lokale wijn, waarvoor veel dank. Het appartement was proper, met een ideale ligging (op korte wandelafstand van het centrum en een prachtig pad om te hiken).

We konden het raam in de slaapkamer niet openen omdat er vrijwel voortdurend gasten op het gemeenschappelijke terras zaten (net onder dat raam). Er werd veel gepraat en gerookt, waardoor het op snikhete dagen niet prettig was om het raam dicht te moeten houden. De wifi was soms erg traag en viel af en toe volledig weg. Er was geen mogelijkheid om frisdrank uit een gewoon glas te drinken; er waren enkel twee bierglazen en twee aperitiefglaasjes aanwezig. De matras en kussens lagen niet zo comfortabel. Eén nachtkastje is op een onhandige locatie gemonteerd, waardoor ik er ’s nachts tegenaan botste als ik naar het toilet ging.

Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Je word via de mail goed en duidelijk op de hoogte gehouden en krijgt een week voor aankomst een code van het sleutelkastje aan de muur bij de deur. Je toetst die bij aankomst in en zo krijg je je sleutel. En voor € 7,- per nacht kun je een garagebox huren zodat je je auto veilig kunt parkeren.

Wir haben uns trotz der kleinen Mängel sehr sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Die Unterkunft ist zwar etwas betagt, aber tipptopp sauber! Außerdem perfekt organisiert. Persönliche Hilfe wurde angeboten, obwohl der gesamte Buchungsablauf nicht auf den persönlichen Kontakt ausgerichtet ist. Diesbezüglich absolut tadellos!

Leider war es durch die an sich perfekte Lage (kurzer Weg zum Zentrum) sehr laut. Wir mussten die Fenster zur Hauptstraße, aber auch zur Rückseite schließen, um einigermaßen Ruhe zu haben. Frischluft war also Mangelware; bei aktuell hohen Temperaturen nicht schön. Sehr schade, dass das positive Gesamtbild dadurch getrübt wird.
