Very good
The apartment was beautiful and decorated, and I was surprised by how many kitchen cooking utensils were in the drawer. Usually, you dont see many. We had everything! The location was close enough for a nice walk to the main square, and it was quiet at night for some nice rest. A little issue came up, and the owner was very responsive and even showed up in the apartment to make sure everything was alright. Parking was available for the apartment.
Something that we were a little disappointed with was that the refrigerator was turned off, warm. It took 24 hours to come up in temperature, and few of our groceries got spoiled. Maybe something to be considered for the future confirmed tenants (?)

tacky decor, drain in bathroom wasn’t working so it was very smelly, it’s extremely noisy (you can hear everything from the neighbours), very slow wifi, way too expensive for what you get

De locatie. Er werd niets verteld over het spoor wat er 30 meter achter lag. En snachts reden de goederen wagons af en aan en denderden bijna door je slaapkamer heen.

Prima verblijfplaats voor een weekend in Cochem.
Het is een prima ruime woning met alle voorzieningen en op redelijke loopafstand van het centrum van Cochem.
Geen echt groot probleem maar op de slaapkamer aan de achterkant hoor je ‘s nachts de goederentrein voorbij rijden. Oordopjes zijn een goede oplossing.

Lage neben Bahnhof, schön zentral
Wlan super schwach, nicht für onliner geeignet. Im ganzen Ort kaum Netz. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, Einkaufsmgl weit weg. Fenster nicht schallisoliert. Wohnung sehr hellhörig. TV nicht internetfähig.
