Enjoyable Stay in Cochem

The property is situated in the heart of Cochem a short walking distance to everything. The main floor has the living room, dining room and kitchen with the 3 bedrooms located upstairs on the 3rd floor. We missed the 1/2 bath in between floors until our last day (our fault). Slight snafu with the lock box but a quick call to the hosts fixed that. Overall was a very nice stay and the property was perfect.

Fantastic stay for a reasonable price

The property was spotless and very comfortable. The living room was large as was the bathroom and all the bedrooms were a comfortable size. Our hosts were wonderful. We opted to go out for coffee each more even though options were available because there was a nice bakery nearby. Numerous restaurants were all a very short walking distance.

Wonderful stay and amazing apartment!

Everything about this property is perfect - the location, size, cleanliness and amenities. The host is exceptionally helpful. The apartment is in the perfect location. It has a nice parking space. The owner has thought of every little detail and the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The beds are comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean.

Brilliant location and property in a beautiful town.

The Mohr Family the owners met us on arrival and showed us around the property and explained how equipment work. They were very friendly and helpful. The property is immaculate and very clean. Property is 35 yards from the centre of Cochem very handy.

Fantastic location, great apartment.

Fantastic location, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is nice and big, and they also have complete kitchen amenities. Nice garden in the backyard for the dog. Very nice and kind owner. Great value and a must-stay when you're in Cochem.

Water pressure for the shower could have been harder. Couch/sofa could be more comfortable. TV is only accustomed to German viewers, I would love to have the option to watch Netflix or something else (a Google Chrome Cast might come in very handy).

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurztrip mit Fahrradtour und umliegende Umgebung von Cochem .

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und ein helle, schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung haben uns erwartet. Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit mit Überdachung hinter dem Haus. Parkmöglichkeit ebenso für das Auto. Altstadt von Cochem in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Zwei Bäcker auf kurzem Weg zu Fuß zu erreichen .

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Wohnzimmer und Küche in der unteren Etage , die Schlafzimmer und das Bad mit Toilette eine Etage höher, das war toll ! Eine Toilette auf dem Weg nach oben Super Lage

Dicht bij centrum en Moezell. Alles aanwezig.Lekker bed. Fijn dat er parkeer mogelijkheid is .Mooi fietsen stalling.Ondanks dat het aan het spoor ligt geen overlast van geluid.

Zeer verzorgde nette moderne vakantiewoning

Schoon, ruim en dicht bij het centrum

Klein minpuntje was het wat slecht functionerend koffiezetapparaat. Deze kreeg de koffie niet echt goed op temperatuur. Hebben dit opgelost door eerst het water heet te maken met de waterkoker. Dit bleek een goede oplossing. Een investering in een wat beter koffiezetapparaat maakt deze locatie perfect.

In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße und man ist direkt mitten in der Stadt. Ideal😊 Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Ein Bäcker befindet sich auch direkt in def Nähe.

Perfecte ligging, 1 straat uitlopen en je bent in de kern van Cochem. Accommodatie was prima verzorgd en schoon. Er zit een fijne afgesloten tuin bij ideaal met een hond.

Mehr braucht man nicht...

Es war alles so, wie beschrieben und das verlängerte Wochenende in Cochem war wunderbar. Die zweite Toilette ist definitiv bei der Personenanzahl gold wert. Die Lage ist großartig.

Für 7 oder 8 Personen wäre ein zweites Badezimmer toll, aber wir wussten ja, dass es nur eins gibt und das ist wirklich schön groß.
