Overal I was happy with our stay and I could recommend it to other people.

Clean and very good location. Also could park my bikes safely behind the fence.

The pillows on the bed were oversized or the filling was not good. The bed itself was good.

cleanliness could be improved as there was a lot of dirt and dust around skirtings. cobwebs in main bedroom, kitchen windows had fingerprints smudges and coffee machine needed descaling. Floors could also benefit from a stream clean.

Einfach nur top!!!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung geschmackvoll, gemütlich, die Küche super ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Hausmeister, Herr Rohde, war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, man spürt, dass er nicht nur seinen Job macht, sondern mit Herz und Seele dabei ist. Die Lage der FeWo ist an der B49, hinterm Haus geht die Bahnlinie vorbei. Das hat uns nicht gestört. Der Blick direkt auf die Mosel war auch jetzt im Winter sehr entspannend. Was besonders schön und ne tolle Überraschung für uns war: Es stand ein schön geschmückten Christbaum im Wohnzimmer, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben Danke, Herr Rohde 😘 Wir können die FeWo Nr.1 im Ferienhaus Josef nur empfehlen. 👍👍👍

We zijn hier met nog een stel en 2 honden geweest. Wat ons beviel was de ruimte die wij hadden, alles zag er ook proper uit en de bedden lagen lekker. Wij hadden ook een groot balkon met uitzicht over de moesel.

Er was niet veel wat tegenviel, maar hebben wel een tip; Wij hadden een regenachtige weekend en miste bij de entree een droogloop mat . Misschien een idee om hier toch een grote neer te leggen waardoor je veel nattigheid in het appartement voorkomt.

Prima verblijf,mooie indeling van het ruime appartement .

Accommodatie was ruim,modern en van alle gemakken voorzien.

De schoonmaak had beter gekund. Bij aankomst overal nog hondenhaar,vooral het balkon lag er vol mee. Wc kan ook wel een keer een flinke schoonmaak gebruiken.

Heerlijk verblijf in geweldig appartement!

Wat een fijn, mooi en ruim appartement! Grote woon- slaap en buitenruimte(s) En de hondjes mochten ook mee:-D Toen de toegangscode aangaf dat de batterij bijna leeg was, kwam na een belletje de huismeester direct. Wat een aardige man met hart voor de zaak en de woning.

Door de recensies waren we bedacht op het geluid van het verkeer aan de voorkant en de trein aan de achterkant. Mijn man en ik sliepen achter, maar zelfs met oordopjes in is het geluid van de trein echt hard. Met het raam dicht is het wel prima te doen. Het zou fijn zijn als er in de slaapkamers airco zou zijn, zodat het prima is om met het raam dicht te slapen. Nu was het wat benauwd.

Nicht Barrierefrei, das war wirklich schlecht!

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Hausmeister ist sehr hilfsbereit und versucht, bestmöglich zu helfen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Leider entspricht die Beschreibung, in wichtigen Punkten, nicht der Realität! Es ist kein privater, kostenloser Parkplatz inbegriffen. Es sind öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden, allerdings nicht immer in ausreichender Anzahl. Zudem nicht direkt am Haus. Die Wohnung ist zwar „Barrierefrei“, allerdings kommt ein Rollstuhlfahrer gar nicht in den Genuss der Räumlichkeiten. Im Vorfeld müssen etwa 13 Stufen erklommen werden! Ganz schlecht! Das WLAN-Netz ist nicht in der ganzen Wohnung verfügbar, nur in kleinen Bereichen. Die Verbindungsgeschwindigkeit ist sehr, sehr gering. Ich habe letztendlich meine mobilen Daten genutzt. Vor dem Haus ist eine viel befahrende Bundesstraße (B49) und hinter dem Haus die Bahnstrecke Koblenz-Trier. Beides ist sehr deutlich vernehmbar und sollte erwähnt werden.
