Great location, modern bedroom and toilets close to the cochem city.Very cordial host.Good view from the room.Complemetary wine.Great value for money

No shower gel provided, have to buy it. it's a studio apartment rather than full apartment, so kitchen, bedroom and extra bed are all in the same room, we were expecting complete apartment.

Exceptional

One of the best self catering apartments we’ve ever stayed in. Everything you need and more, very comfortable, perfectly tidy. The town is well located to explore the valley from. The hosts were friendly and accommodating . We loved staying here!

Exceptional

Very nice, very confy and very very clean. We had wine and few bottles of water left in the room for us and biscuits for each person, such a nice surprise. The lady who gave us the keys was so lovely and kind, although we couldn't communicate much (the language barrier). Location is very good with restaurants within walking distance and lovely walks along the river.

Nothing that we didn't liked. It would be nice to have access to an outdoor sitting area especially if wheather is nice.

Very nice location. The apartment was very clean with all the necessary things. There were many things I did not expect: e.g. coffee pads, kitchen towel, this small things but which they make a huge difference specially the day of arrival!

Super cozy apartment and tasty wine

Upon our arrival, the owner came to the parking, showed us the room and answered our questions face to face. This gave us very comfortable feeling to start our stay here. The room we stayed was a roof-top double room (one double bed and one sofa bed) with mountain view. The interior design was modern, and the room was spacious, clean, light and well-ventilated with 5 windows. The sofa and bed were very comfortable and we could just relax and enjoy reading in some rainy afternoons. There are not many restaurants in the neighborhood, but that was no problem since this place is very close to the supermarket (3 minutes by car across the bridge) and bakery (5-10 min walk on the street). We enjoyed cooking almost everyday; the kitchen had everything we need (2 kitchen knives, cutlery, 1 large frying pan, 2 large pots, 2 small pots, electric kettle, plates, small soup bowls, mug cups, tea pot & cups, wine glasses, etc. etc.). Also we really enjoyed the welcome wine (a bottle of tasty wine from their winery!). The town of Bruttig is very close to the very beautiful BREVA hiking route, and there are many wineries around to enjoy some tasting and buying some local wine. We'll come back here again, really loved it.

Some people may find the storage space too small.

Nice and clean

It is very clean. The apartment had everything we needed. The town is lovely, you can walk along the river with amazing views.

The kitchen is too small. It's OK for something simple, but not for any serious cooking.

Very good

The apartment was very clean and modern. It is right next to the owner's winery and they had a complimentary bottle waiting for us on the table, along with water and coffee. The hosts were extremely accommodating and very friendly. The couch pulled out, which was great for our 2 kids. We have a very large SUV and parking was no problem. Just a short drive to Beilstein and Cochem, right on the river. The bakery around the corner was great for breakfast. We also saw a Chinese restaurant at the end of the road that looked pretty good. The kitchen had pots, pans, plates, cups knives/utensils. There is a stove top, small fridge, sink and dishwasher.

The mattress was a little firm for our liking, but manageable.

Mooi, modern, strak appartement

Heel mooi, strak, modern appartement, in een oud gebouw vlak bij de Moezel, midden in het dorp, met zo'n 6 nieuwe appartementen. Binnenkomst in (zeer complete) keuken/ huiskamertje met tafeltje en rechte stoelen en een (ongemakkelijke) bank. Geweldig mooie, grote badkamer met heerlijke inloopdouche en groot bad. Overal comfortabele vloer verwarming. Grote slaapkamer met prima bed en kastruimte.

De (slaap)bank zit echt niet lekker, daardoor is het moeilijk om even lekker te zitten in je appartement.

Het was super schoon , we zijn heel goed ontvangen door Florian en we hebben het heel leuk gehad , het appartement was gewoon top, we komen zeker terug .

Es war sehr entspannend und das war ja auch gewünscht.

Es fehlte nichts, was man für einen benötigt. Es war sehr sauber, ein tolles modernes Bad, auch das Bett war bequem.

Es wurde zu gut geheizt. Die Heizung konnte nicht innerhalb der Wohnung reguliert werden. Aber das ist das Einzige, was es für mich zu beanstanden gibt.

Herfstvakantie Moezel oktober 2025

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het nieuwe appartement met terras. De ontvangst bij aankomst door Oma was hartelijk. Een probleempje met de verwarming werd direct opgelost. Onze hond voelde zich al snel thuis en het was fijn dat de afstand tot de Moezel maar 50-100 meter was en het appartement begane grond gelegen is. De communicatie met de familie Klein was prima. Jammergenoeg moesten wij door omstandigheden een dag eerder naar huis maar we zullen uw woningen zeker aanbevelen.

Schoon & prettig appartement Ideaal voor bezoek Geierlay & Moezel

‘Oma’ kwam aan schuifelen, nadat we gebeld hadden dat we er waren. Ze liet ons heel vriendelijk alles zien. Huis was erg schoon en alles was naar wens en van alle gemakken voorzien. Stond fles rosé van eigen wijnhuis klaar. Ideale ligging, zeker om de plaatsen langs Moezel en de Geierlay te bezoeken.

Appartement op de begaande grond had geen tuin. Verder alles prima en naar wens. Let op! Cash betalen! (€20 voor de hond)

Zeer mooi ruim appartement

Super luxe zeer ruim appartement met tuin en met alles erop en eraan. Het appartement ligt in een rustig zijstraatje vlakbij de Moezel. De fietsen konden we in de garage zetten en er is een ruime parkeerplaats bij het appartement.

Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub an der Mosel

Wir durften eine Woche lang zwei wunderschöne Ferienwohnungen in der Fausenburg genießen. Durch die überaus geschmackvolle, saubere und gemütliche Einrichtung fühlten wir uns sofort zu Hause. Unser einjähriges Enkelchen schlief wie ein Engel und erkundete tagsüber Wohnung und Garten. In der komplett ausgestatteten Küche fanden wir alles, was wir brauchten. Im nahen Umfeld gab es drei Spielplätze und mehrere Restaurants. Frühstücksbrötchen gab's beim Bäcker um die Ecke, sogar sonntags. Cochem und Beilstein sind nicht weit entfernt und immer einen Ausflug wert. Unser Highlight war jedoch die Dame des Hauses, eine rüstige Omi mit einem Herzen aus Gold. Schon wegen ihr kommen wir wieder, vielleicht aber auch wegen des köstlichen Rotlings des Weingutes Klein-Götz. 😉

Im Badezimmer hätten wir uns ein paar Handtuchhaken mehr gewünscht oder einen Wäscheständer, aber dies ist keine wirkliche Kritik.
