About this house rental
I am very happy to welcome you in my possession with the beautiful view of Cochemer Reichsburg. My holiday home is located in Cochem-Sehl on a quiet street in Cochem. From the windows of the holiday home you can take a wonderful view of the beautiful vineyard.
There is direct parking in front of the property. If you are arriving by bus or train, you will surely arrive by taxi (2 km from the train station) or on foot. Tel. No. from taxi center is: 02671/8080.
This half-timbered house is decorated in warm colors and tastefully furnished. It has two bedrooms and a living room with a sleeping function and a cable TV. The bathroom has a shower. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet and cloakroom. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen with a microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, food processor and hotplate.
A variety of dining options are nearby and within walking distance.
The shops are literally at your feet. A supermarket is right next to the house.
A great vacation spot for everyone. For children there is Klotti Park with roller coaster and wild animals, a swimming pool and outdoor pool, mini golf and etc. For adults excursion to Trier, Koblenz, golf course, bike paths along the Moselle and many hiking trails. in 1km is the Cochemer Reichburg and Cochem-Center.

We were traveling for a weekend in Cochem. Ivanna’s place is clean and fits the online description. We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling as a couple or small group and wanting to be within walking distance to town.

We absolutely loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. Every little thing is thought of, and then some! Photos are just as it is, and it is wonderful. The location is most amazing, not only a short drive from other castles, and Cochem a short walk away, but the grocery store right there as well! Cannot be a better location anywhere for the price.

The home was perfect for 3 of us. (And had space for 4, easily). The bedrooms on the top floor were comfortable. The family room, on the second floor, was warm and inviting. A perfect place to relax in the evenings. And the kitchen, on the first floor, was well stocked with kitchen dishes, glasses, and utinsels. (There is a basic supermarket almost next door.) The WiFi was excellent and the heat and shower worked well! Just a few minute walk to the center of Cochem and the castle. We had a wonderful stay and would rent this property again!

It’s a beautiful 15 minute walk along the Mosel river into the center of Cochem for restaurants and shops, plus there is a good food market right next door and a bakery around the corner from the house. The kitchen has every appliance you need, the house is clean, comfortable, and charming. Good high speed WiFi. Two parking spaces in front of the house. My husband and I stayed here for a week and would definitely stay here again. Ivanna was friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to any questions.
