Cochem a great place to visit

Central location couldn't be better Netflix TV Good Internet connection

No instructions for a sophisticated microwave You need to be fit to walk 10mins from the nearest car park to the flat and up the steep stairs carrying suitcases. There is no car access to the flat.

- very noisy neighbors in top apartment (bad isolation), i guess we had bad luck - bad bed - hot in summer --> no airco available - way too expensive, no value for money (200/night without breakfast)

Highly recommend!

Very nice, quiet and clean accommodation right in the centre of Cochem, at walking distance from the castle, the bunker (recommend!) and plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. The owner responded to our enquiries very quickly as well. The airco worked perfectly which was very welcome in the high temperatures outside.

Cozy little flat in Cochem

We loved the atmosphere of the flat and its location in the center of Cochem. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was a bonus. Everything you need for your stay is provided, even tea and coffee which is a nice touch.

For us as a mature couple the stairs were very steep into the attic and meant several trips to get our luggage in and out.

Very nice property with Great Location. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Only a few metres from the centre of town. We had a wonderful stay

Superb

Very well organized and fantastic location - situated right in the center. The place itself is great value for money. We got the keys from the lock box and the room was clean and properly thought out with all the necessary things in place. There's not much of a view from the ground floor but that would be the only negative for the price of the room. Would definitely recommend.

The studio is in a lovely old area in Cochem and is bright, clean, and beautiful. We loved the quiet charm.

Nicely furnished, very comfortable bed(!) with double duvet, very clean, excellent bathroom and shower, nice detail with the coffee maker, perfect location. Helpful owner.

We could hear other guests in their rooms, watching TV and talking. The slight lack of privacy wasn't too much of a problem, but it made us very aware of not making too much noise ourselves. Parking is a little complicated, but the owner is very helpful in solving this.

Prima voor een of twee nachtjes.

Kamer was schoon en het bed lag prima. Douche ook prima. Flesje wijn, biertje en cola in de koelkast. Het is heerlijk stil in de kamer.

Kamer is best klein (ca 14 m2). Wij hadden kamer nr 3.

Nette kamer in hartje centrum!

Super nette kamer: klein maar fijn! Het was erg schoon en het bed lag fijn. Hartje centrum, dus heel fijn dat je overal in Cochem naar toe kunt lopen. Marktplein en leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand. Wij hadden de auto geparkeerd bij het station, dit was goed te doen. Ideaal dat de sleutel in het kastje bij de deur hing, dit maakte het gemakkelijk om binnen no time in en uit de accommodatie te gaan.

Wij waren op de warmste dagen van het jaar in Cochem, het was zo'n 35 graden. Het was dus wel een groot nadeel dat de kamer geen airco had. Maar we hebben gehoord dat het er zelden zo warm is, dus dit was misschien een wat ongelukkige planning vanuit onze kant. 😅😂

Goede locatie in het centrum in een rustig straatje. Prima ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Moderner dan het gemiddelde appartement in Duitsland.

In het huis zitten meerdere kamers en het is wat gehorig.

De locatie was super, midden in het centrum. Superschoon appartement, heerlijke bedden. Drinken in de koelkast, schoonmaakmiddelen, koffiebenodigdheden, handdoeken badkamer, toiletpapier etc. aanwezig. Gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die meedenkt.

Als je fietsen meeneemt moet je deze buiten op straat parkeren, met de koffer een eindje lopen, vandaar locatie een 9.

Die Anreise war äußerst unkompliziert via. Türcode. Der Gastgeber hat auf Fragen immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Es war ein schönes Appartment mitten in der Altstadt. Kann es sehr weiterempfehlen.

Wie breits mehrfach in den Kommentaren erwähnt, sind die Kopfkissen sehr unbequem. Ansonsten alles TOP!

Die Lage war perfekt,der Gastgeber super erreichbar per Mail,Ferienwohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und muggelisch unterm Dach. Bett war sehr bequem. Alles top der Anstieg hat sich gelohnt🤩😉👍

Schade das es für Räder keine Möglichkeit gab sie sicher abzuschließen aber das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Haben eine Alternative gefunden.

Het was fantastisch

De locatie van de accommodatie was top: in het hart van Cochem, dichtbij de centrale marktplaats, en toch geen last van lawaai. De accommodatie was zeer net en rook steeds goed. Grootste voordeel waren de twee airco units die on tijdens ons verblijf (het was ong. 27 graden gemiddeld) draaglijk hebben gemaakt.

Niet echt iets. Er ontbrak enkel een kookplaat, maar die was niet nodig aangezien er voldoende eetmogelijkheden in de buurt zijn.
