Luxury appartement in towntown Spa

The appartement is very well equipped and welcoming. Beds are excellent. Great and very safe parking space.

There is no sink in the separate toilet, which is not handy for personal hygiëne (or washing your hands). The traffic is somewhat loud, thus noise in the bedroom.

Great one with river view

Cozy apartment conveniently located near the city center and the beautiful riverside. Easy self check-in process and a handy motorcycle parking spot right in front. Perfect for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Can’t fault it would happily return.

Excellent all round

Would have preferred a bit better communication from the host. Sent two emails and a text about a week before to find out how to get in the apartment but got no reply to any of these. Just got an automated message the day before - which was okay but I was getting a bit worried that something was wrong! Never saw or heard from the host, but again this wasn’t really an issue. Only a small point as everything else was absolutely superb.

Bad experience, never using booking.com again

Location

Pathetic service. No ventilation. No one picks the reception phone. The heating system never works. Water dripping from bathroom, no one to clean.

Great location and stunning view!!

Great location and stunning view of the castle from living room windows, the apartment was cozy and comfy. Parking was also very handy and right next to the apartment.

We missed some basic amenities like hand soap and tissues in the toilet, the issue with tissues was resolved after talking to the owner. We did have to fetch it from another apartment.

Location and the view is perfect. Was very clean. Big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The heating was not enough for cold days. The windows also were not closing properly. There were some small things that were missing, like salt/pepper, napkins or shampoo.

The view to the castle is unbeatable

The view is the best thing in the floor apartment (and probably in the others too). You see the castle from the window. Host was nice enough to let us check-in earlier. The free car parking is very close.

The check-out time is way too early at 9:30am. Pillows were not comfortable. Furniture is dated.

Pleasant, but facilities could have been better

It was spacious. If you wanted to cook, you can. Nice view of the Cochem castle once you get out of the building. Some apartments have good view from the room itself.

Beds were separate. Typically, in most hotels/apartments a twin bed is put together for family to sleep together & then an additional bed is provided for kid. Parking was not available under the host name, had to park in public parking without clarity if it was allowed/free of cost. Also, no lift or lift was not working & we had to climb 3 floors on arrival.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views of Cochem and the castle

Fantastic! Our apartment was exceptional. Views of the city and castle were fabulous from our patio and living room. The apartment was extremely clean, very roomy, and had beautiful furniture. The owners contacted us upon our arrival to see that everything was acceptable. Everything in Cochem was within walking distance. I would highly recommend this rental to everyone. Beautiful!

Very nice apartments

The check-in was very uncomplicated. The keys were on the door, when we arrived at 9 pm. By mistake we took an apartment that wasn't ours but the owner took it with humor. Very great experience.

A room with a view

Comfortable apartment in a building with lift. We had apt no. 7 on the top floor with wonderful view of the castle. OK kitchen, nice bathroom, large living room. Private parking in quiet area, still only a pleasant walk along the river path into the town center.

The apartment sleeps 4 in comfort, but the fridge is certainly not family size.

1. 2 apart twin beds, not couple-friendly 2. Uncomfortable pillows, pillows are very soft and out of shape (this type of pillow is very common in German 3-star or lower hotels)
