A beautully kept home, with amazing views from the room we were in. The host was very accommodating, warm and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here, would definitely return.

Comfortable, scenic, fantastic stay.

Beautiful room with amazing view. Tracey the owner was so friendly and welcoming and made the stay so relaxing. Everything was lovely, the bed was super comfortable, the breakfast (continental) was perfect. Lots of extras like treats in the room made this an exceptional place to stay. The reviews are well deserved. It was exactly what we needed for our music night out at the Barnoldswick. Tracey even gave us a recommendation for eating out which was delicious. We very much hope to stay again, it was great. Great to meet the doggies too, that was a bonus! :)

Made very welcome!

The location was perfect for what I needed, and parking was available. Breakfast was excellent, and options for a vegetarian were plentiful. En suite shower was good and very clean, with a wealth of toiletries on hand.

The steps up to the property might be a problem for the very elderly, but there's not much the host could do about that, and it was made clear in the listing.

Its location to our event and the warm welcome from the host.

I was a little unsure about the cooked breakfast. Details were given on arrival but the welcome book in the room said we had to preorder the night before. As we went out that night we didn’t preorder so we ate breakfast out. This is a tiny negative in an otherwise great visit and place to stay.

Lovely little guest house and the host was very friendly and welcoming

The room was lovely and very well equipped with a welcome tray of goodies and little extras like a razor and deodorant and toiletries in the bathroom

Beautiful house, great location, lovely hosts.

Lovely house with a great view over the surrounding countryside. Beautiful garden with outdoor seating - perfect for a sunny day! Only a ten minute walk to the centre of town. Large en-suite bedroom with a comfortable bed. Great choice of items for the standard breakfast, with a cooked breakfast available for a small additional charge. Breakfast is in the residents’ lounge, which is quiet and has a comfortable sofa and TV. Tracey and Richard were excellent hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Barnoldswick!

The most welcome vibe you can imagine!

the hospitality and the overall vibe. Facilities are clean and nice. The hosts made everything that you feel most welcome - snacks, drinks, even snacks for dogs!

The facilities were excellent - Tracey had thought just about everything that you would need. It was very clean and very comfortable. The view was amazing from the bedroom and generally from the house. Tracy and Richard were so welcoming and friendly .

Fabulous accommodation and fantastic host.No hesitation in recommending this stay.

Tracey was a fabulous host. Great communication and extremely helpful and she made us all very welcome . The accommodation was immaculate and included everything you needed- personalised toiletries and extra nice touches in the rooms such as water snacks and chocolate.The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and plenty of drinks and snacks available.

There was nothing not to like at all! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodation or hosting. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would certainly return.

Hilltop B&B

There are definitely numerous steep steps to this B&B, although the host helped us carry our bags back down. The room was delightful with a view of the backyard. The bathroom was down the hall. Breakfast was cereal and an additional cost if you wished to have a cooked breakfast. Restaurants were about a 15 minute walk away.

it was all the extras that are provided complimentary, everything you could possibly want or need, Tracey the owner was exceptional in making us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely lady. We had the family room which was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good again with lots of extras complimentary. Book a stay here I promise you you will not be disappointed

Alma cliff, a hidden gem

Tracey, met us with a warm, welcome, we were given a choice of two rooms, and chose the larger one, as we had our dog with us, don’t worry if you forget anything, Tracey provides not only the usual, hand wash ect, Tracey also provides, deodorant, toothpaste, and toothbrushes if needed, all her products are extremely good quality, the bed was extremely comfortable, and as for breakfast, again everything is there needed and more, there are even complementary alcohol drinks and soft drinks, if you require them whilst sat in the lounge The outside space is extremely well set out and very comfortable Don’t hesitate but to book this property, you won’t regret it !!!
