Beautiful location, in comfortable relaxed atmosphere, gorgeous rooms. The food was excellent. Lovely walks nearby

Carpark a bit small but there was space to park on the road.

The setting was lovely and friendly staff

The room was small and only had a voile curtain separating the bedroom and bathroom meaning nothing was left to the imagination. The design of the shower meant it flooded the bathroom everytime it was used. I mentioned this and was given extra towels etc and told they were getting someone out to look at it. It was explained as a new problem. On my last night I found out from another staff member that this was an ongoing problem - so why was I placed in this room? On departure I was asked to pay for someone else’s stay (human error). I then pointed this out and was again asked if I was a different person. 3rd time lucky they got the correct invoice.

Idyllic village setting. Property was lovely. Food was outstanding and service was exemplary

breakfast was really nice, however we were charged an extra £50 for our child which had not been made clear at time of booking - this first night he didn't even have a bed made up for him so he slept with us.
