Staff and location was great. Bed was really comfortable.
Would have been better if there was a two seater sofa and 2 small dinning chairs, instead of 3 chairs.

We chose the Pendle Inn for its proximity to Pendle Hill. The individual unit afford an element of privacy not available in an hotel type setting.
The units are looking a little tired and would benefit for a little sprucing up. However, it was perfectly acceptable for a one night stay.

It was in a quiet location and self contained with good parking and dog friendly
The Bed of as one of the most comfortable I have slept on.
The karaoke in the pub was still going on full blast at 11.30 pm we could hear it in our room across the car park
The room was tatty and needed a good clean especially the bathroom
