Nice escape in nature
Very nice hotel outside of Clithroe, in a very green area that is great for hiking if the weather is good. The suite room was very good value for money, with a very large bed and bathroom. Heating worked well and the Wi-Fi was reliable and relatively fast (which was necessary because the mobile phone signal was very weak or none at all). . The hotel has very comfortable parking and the restaurant was good, both for breakfast and dinner. The service is very friendly and I'll be probably return.
- The only issue with the location is that it's isolated so any shop is at least 15 minutes drive away. - I'd like the suite room to had some more amenities (like a coat stand) or a fridge. It could easily fit a small table too to dine in

Perfect for a get away
location was perfect, nice dinner and breakfast, good size room and lovely shower
on arrival the guy on reception was a bit distant and just wanted to hurry up and check us in, however staff on check-out were very friendly and made us feel more welcome even though we were leaving lol

Found the bar expensive and after viewing the hotels website we expected a health club and a swimming pool, which was a little misleading
