It was nice when you are box expecting 5 star hotel and not expecting 5 star service. Beach was close, breakfast was ok, pool was great and staff was nice. We used also pool from the neighbour Palace hotel.
We had damaged drawers which we couldn't use but other than that all was ok. My kids were commenting on WiFi which was regularly turning off but I didn't mind.

The location on plaka beach is fantastic
I booked a deluxe apartment and it’s very old. The “kitchen “ is small, the fridge was partially broken (the freezer door was broken resulting in the fridge being very cold and veggies getting bad easily). And it was not stable. The metal where you place the dishes to dry was so rusty that it stained everything you placed on top. There was a broken pan and an old pot to cook. The whole thing was just ridiculous. When I asked them a bigger table so we could fit four people to have lunch or dinner they brought an additional one smaller than the first and round. The whole thing was just tragically comic. When I showed them the nicer pictures that did not correspond to the apartment they gave me they told me they corresponded to the regular one while I booked for a deluxe! They told me they would try to arrange something for the next day and never saw or heard from anyone. Even if the place was not full. There is no service whatsoever as there is no one at the reception. You need to go to the nearby Aegean hotel to get any assistance. The food at breakfast is low quality and always the same. There is no indication of what you are eating. The beach service is not for free you can use the facilities with a minimum amount consumption from the bar that increased by 30% one day from another with no notice. The bar food offer is plain compared to all the neighbouring ones. It’s totally overpriced. I payed more than 2000 euros for a week in early July. I would never come back nor recommend.
