Amazing !!! : ))))))))))))))))))))))) The flat was wonderfull with a really very nice view to the sea. Phantastic sunset. The sea is really wonderfull. The landlord is very polite, very customer oriented, we had also every day eggs from the chicken coop, everything there was organic. It was really phantastic !!! Thank you Kiriaki. Location. Across from best beach on Naxos. 100 meters from market and bus into town and port. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Not quite as advertised or as pictures suggest. Taverna is not operational. Breakfast not an option and wifi was very bad. Prob only has for 5 hours of our two night stay.

Kula is a wonderful host and made me feel welcome even though her family had a difficult time. The view and the beach are just wonderful. I also loved that there are chickens running around. Of course the studio was no luxury-accomodation, but for me it wasn't lacking anything. Felt Like home.

Exceptional

Beautiful view, wonderful hosts, good food! Beautiful place on the beach.you just need to cross the road and you are on the beach. The rooms have balconieswith sea view. The rooms are clean and have everything that you need (fridge, hairdryer, air conditioning, a small kitchen). It also has a restaurant with local products and dishes made by Mrs. Aronis. Everything was very genuine, also the prices. The business is run by the Aronis family who are wonderful, hardworking people. I suggest this place 100%!

Nice room with kitchenette by Plaka beach

We liked the balcony with table and chairs and clothes airer. Nice spacious room We liked the kitchenette We liked the quiet location We liked the beach so close by. We liked the owner who went out of her way to be helpful and give us anything we wanted from empty room next door. Plus she gave us some fresh eggs and oil.

The wind howling under the door but realised a towel and bottles of water to hold it there worked to stop noise. Had to clean dirty fridge. Room wasn't ready or clean (I don't think she was expecting us) No shower curtain so bathroom gets wet. Have to hold shower nozzle whilst showering. We were told we could use beaches sunbeds for free as we were staying there but her brother still tried to charge us and said the two businesses were separate but did walk away. Because we were staying beginning of October things were shutting down so less choice to eat out. Didn't seem to open their restaurant at night only during day when we were catering ourselves so had to walk up road to find nice restaurant.

It is all about location for this property. If you want to be pretty much on the beach it is for you

We arrived late and was quite difficult to contact them despite letting them know we would be arriving on the late ferry. Room was expected for the price. Communication is difficult as only the daughter speaks english and she is hard to find. The position of the accommodation is its highlight.

We thought the facilities in the rooms could be better maintained and the family restaurant attached to the accommodation should be avoided if possible. Service was not good and selection and quality of food was very poor.

The host speaks very bad english, the room and the facilities were really not worth the money, room wasnt clean. I had to argue with the host who didn’t want to accept credit card payment…I really dont recommend.

Extremely poor quality and worn out place.

Only the location is great, right at the beach of Naxos.

We booked for 4 nights but left the place after 1 night. Quality is extremely poor. Airco was only blowing hot air around (and I tried every mode) while it was a heatwave in Greece, so we couldn't sleep. When we opened the doors and windows there were mosquitoes everywhere and the room doesn't have musquitonets. The whole property looks and is poor and worn out and stinks. The sink is clogged, the toilet is leaking, the room isn't clean, only swept with a dirty swab. Also the owners are a bit strange, not really friendly old people who don't make you feel welcome. The old men look and behave grumpy all the time, only the lady who is in charge does have some friendliness sometimes. The taverna they have is empty, even in high season, while all the restaurants in the area are full, because it looks worn out too and not welcoming. This is a place that might have been flourishing 20 or 30 years ago but has gone down since then. 85 euros per night is cheap for Naxos in high season but is far too much for the quality you get.

Great view - very strange hotel and owners

The sea view is beautiful

- Difficult to communicate, with the owner telling us she did not have a room for us on the night of our arrival despite confirmation the day before - Strange atmosphere throughout the whole place - Rooms are a decent size but basic and the air conditioning did not work well - Would recommend if you only stay a night but not a place for comfort/service

Exceptional

SUPERHOST!!! Kula was extremely gracious and made sure we had a great time. She gave us a bottle of wine, fresh olives and olive oil from her farm upon arrival. Even as it was out of season she was able to cook us meals if we needed. She took us to the market when she would go to town so we could grocery shop since we didn’t have a car. She was also able to set us up with a rental car for a GREAT price and we were able to explore the whole island. The location to the beach is unbeatable! You have an amazing view of the sunset from your balcony or bed if you prefer. Great WiFi and AC worked well when we needed it.

De locatie was op zich goed. Mooi strand en niet te druk. Bus vlakbij en auto huren kon ook in de buurt. De eigenaresse gaf eieren en ik mocht desgevraagd een laken houden.

Aronis Plaka is van alle accomodaties in de buurt zeker de minst mooie. De badkamer is piepklein en er ontbreekt een douchegordijn en mogelijkheid om de douchekop op te hangen. De kitchenette is zeer beperkt uitgerust. De kamer is eenvoudig. De airco moet erg zijn best doen om een beetje te verkoelen en lekt op het terras ervoor. De eigenaresse vindt vooral dat ze het zelf heel zwaar heeft i.p.v. primair te denken vanuit de gast. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding (bijna € 150,- per nacht voor vader en zoon) is niet goed voor wat je krijgt. En in tegenstelling tot de beschrijving is er géén restaurant of bar.

Emplacement face à la mer 😀 Terrasse idéale pour petit déjeuner et apéro du soir. Kula super gentille et attentionnée ; les œufs pour le matin et le ménage chaque jour. La plage 🏖️ juste à 20 mètres Et des restos sunset le long de la baie… Au top 👌

La posizione a 50 metri dal mare è vicinissimo alla fermata del bus, il balcone con vista mare

L’aspetto è il disordine del cortile: ci sono gatti, coniglio, polli e galli che razzolano in giro, biciclette e lettini abbandonati. Non c’è la possibilità di avere la colazione. Il bagno è piccolo e da rinnovare, la doccia senza tenda e senza gancio.

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, 50 μ. Από την θάλασσα. Τα δωμάτια του 1ου ορόφου έχουν μοναδική θέα στην θάλασσα και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Η παραλία μπροστά είναι γενικά ήσυχη χωρίς τον πολύ κόσμο που μαζεύουν οι παραλίες του Αγίου Προκόπιου και της Αγίας Αννας και είναι εξίσου καλή. Η οικοδέσποινα κα Κούλα είναι ευγενέστατη και πολύ εξυπηρετική.

Η επίπλωση του δωματίου είναι παλιά.

Immer wieder gerne.

Wir sind zum 2. Mal hier und Koula hat uns gleich wieder erkannt und sich gefreut. Der Ausblick auf den Strand und das Meer sind unbezahlbar! Die Lage ist super und der Bus fährt alle 1\2 Stunde. Koula ist sehr aufmerksam und es gibt immer frische Eier von den Hühnern und leckeres Olivenöl. Außerdem gibt es immer genügend frische Handtücher.

Leider sind die Betten etwas hart aber das ist Geschmacksache. Ab und an ist es ein bisschen zu laut. Mitte September ist die bessere Jahreszeit für uns zumindest.

Luogo molto bello, ma una struttura carente

Il posto è molto bello, con vista sul mare, a distanza di 50 metri dalla spiaggia, la sera e la notte silenziosissimo, senza discoteche o bar rumorosi nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo anche mangiato talvolta sul terrazzo cibi preparati da noi. La signora Domenica è stata molto premurosa e gentile offrendoci uova, miele ed olio di loro produzione. Inizialmente ci cambiava la biancheria addirittura ogni giorno oltre al riassetto dello studios: le abbiamo detto che era sufficiente fare il riassetto ogni giorno, ed il cambio biancheria ogni 3 giorni.

Non ci è piaciuto che mancassero le seguenti cose, citate invece tra i servizi disponibili della struttura: Il ristorante è chiuso, penso almeno dall' anno scorso, forse perchè la anziana madre non ce la fa più. Naturalmente non c'è neanche servizio bar nè colazione. Ombrelloni e lettini che si vedono ancora su google maps proprio davanti alla struttura non ci sono più. Non c'è la cassaforte in camera

Unvergessliche herzliche und erholsame Tage!

Sehr freundliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Traumhafte Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und die wunderschönen Strände. Ruhig und entspannte Atmosphäre. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden.

Die Taverne wird leider nicht mehr betrieben. Etwas traurig, weil so schöne Lage. Unseren Aufenthalt hat das aber nicht beeinflusst. Wahrscheinlich war es dadurch noch ruhiger.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Plaka ist einer der schönsten Strandabschnitte von Naxos. Vom Zimmer aus hatten wir einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer.
