Villa Papa

Le site est incroyable et l’accueil ultra chaleureux

Le seul bémol pour nous, le matelas un peu trop dur

My husband and I half expected to arrive in Glinado with our suitcases in hand and find nothing but an empty plot, because the photos on Booking looked far too good to be true. We are very glad we went, because the villa really does exist, it really is incredible, and the scenery is breathtaking. Choosing this place made all the difference to our trip to Naxos. You are a 6 minute drive from Chora (Naxos Town) and about 10 minutes from the loveliest beaches for snorkelling and for relaxing away from the crowds, and there is a private pool right in front of the apartment, which felt like pure luxury. The welcome made our stay special too. Stelios strikes the perfect balance between leaving guests their privacy and being available within minutes, and he is always happy to chat and to share excellent tips for finding local gems. You can tell that he genuinely wants his guests to have a wonderful holiday. The location is ideal if you want to reach everything on the island (a rental car is still recommended) while staying well away from the tourist crowds and the party scene. Villa Papa is : little roosters saying hello in the morning, the sea stretching out as far as the eye can see, a sunset view every evening, Panko the little dog coming over to check that all is well, and the host's small attentions: fresh eggs, spotless housekeeping, homemade banana cake, local beers. We could not have wished for anything better.

Magnifique vue ! Très bien situé proche d’un petit village adorable et typique avec une super taverne. Très belle maison, appartement très bien agencé et isolé les uns des autres.

Rien

The hosts, the apartment, the pool, the view. Everything was perfect for our stay. We spent 8 nights at Villa Papa and we wish it could have been more. Stelios and the staff did everything they could to make our stay perfect and it was. Thank you for doing a great job and we look forward to returning.
