Villa Azur agia Anna

Outside area was spacious enough, a plus was the patio , separated by swimming pool area by a tiny wall and gate. Very convenient with kids. Location was ok, (with car) just few minutes from agia anna beaches. Nothing around, except other villas and A fantastic new bakery ( walking distance in less than 5 mins) Very good having the cleaning after 4 days of stay (it partially fixed the inital late cleaning not so good) It has enough parking , a dedicated space plus shared space with villas around

Some pictures are render..(the external area does not have any grass...neither sofa....it makes no sense to put a fake picture..) The second bedroom is very small..just enough to fit the queen bed...no wardrobe. The small patio on the back of the house was impossible to use, due to constructions on site..full of dust, terrain, etc..(would have been nice to be advised in advance) There is a very bothering sound (long and acute whistle) whenever shower is used..and after 20 mins.of usage... i guess this is common to all similar houses in greece.. a note about early check in...we requested it well in advance...but was not organized...basically because cleaning starts at 1pm or after... And in addition it ended after check in time...(around 15.30...and cleaning was not very good) (We arrived at 10 at the apartment , and it was already empty). Directions on google.maps. are not working..(it is actually very easy to arrive following main route to agia anma... but signs are very small and not visible... better directions instructions from property management are needed)

I loved the villa and the terrace with wading pool. It was very clean and comfortable in a great location, a relatively short walk to the beach or a short drive to a parking lot near the beach. The unit is the last one among the other villas and the neighbours (other visitors) were either quiet or very friendly.

The property is NOT as close to the beach as it appears in booking.com or Google Maps. All the map apps struggled finding the place. BUT it is in a very good location in any case. The only other disappointment was that the 2nd bedroom AC unit was on the fritz. The management brought a fan to help but it wasn’t fixed the week we were there.

Location and views are great. What was there all worked and if we contacted the agents with issues, they were quick to respond and resolve. It’s a 10 minute walk to the harbour, bus stop to Naxos every 30 mins, beach and mini markets. An additional 10 mins to the fab Plaka beach.

Well, photos were very flattering in terms of size of the villa, products in the bathroom were supermarket brands - not high end as in the photos. No bedside lamps and outdoor pool lights needed to be turned on and off at the fuse box. The villa was given a quick clean once during our 12 day stay that was insufficient considering the wind and dust and the daily cost. We actually swept and mopped the veranda ourselves most days.

Amazing air conditioned villa in a fantastic location within 5 minutes to beach and restaurants with private pool.
