Beautiful apartment. Really comfortable and in an excellent location.
We were overheated on our first night and sought assistance to reduce the temperature. We were told this would be done remotely but it turned out this was not possible at all and the person who gave the assurance must have known this. As this was the most expensive night, were were a little disappointed.

Excellent location just behind Piazza Maggiore that partly justifies the high price. Spacious and relatively clean apartment with comfortable beds.
Despite having asked several times for alternative car parking solutions for the full day, the reception forced us to pay a ridiculous amount of 40 euros for a virtually inaccessible underground park that we had to leave at noon. Only the next day they shamelessly proposed us a 24-hour public parking ticket at just 9 euros (!) A trap for tourists. Stay away from it if you can.

Superb
Excellent location close to Bologna centre. Reception staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Large apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus kitchen and lounge dining area. Stairs up to 2nd bathroom and bedroom would be tricky for elderly/disabled people or children
The apartment is a few steps from the hotel and has a different address. We gave our taxi from the airport the address shown on booking.com, piazza Celestini. But the apartment has no sign and I ran around for 20 minutes trying to find Phi Hotel. You should go to Al Cappello Rosso on via di fusari, which is where the hotel reception is, and the staff will show you to the apartment.
