Uncomfortable stay due to what seemed to be urine stains on both upper level beds and having to share sofa beds.

Location was great

Urine stain beds, various broken items, exposed electrical sockets. Bed area on mezzanine level dirty/dusty.

It exactly as the picture, nice and quite very close to Disney 4 stops and you in Disneyland

Can locate the bin area.. no iron Bathroom under door is very dirty… Cob- web on the wood.. we stayed for night 7days.. no mob stick no hoover to clean .. the bed linen needs to be changed … they don’t look ok at all.. aside from that it was a lovely area.

The house has everything it takes to be a great stay, but....

The house has everything it takes to be a super stay, it has a garden and a garage, it's located in a very quiet and residencial area with transport to disney almost on the doorstep.

However, the house is rather sloppy. The shower was dancing on the wall, the floor was dirty, the house smelt strongly of tobacco (which could have been from the previous guests), but there weren't enough towels and the duvets and sheets smelt strongly of tobacco. We contacted the hosts and they provided more towels, but they still smelled of tobacco. As for the cleaning, not only did they not respond, but the house remained exactly the same, dirty.

Location is excellent. Easily reachable to/from Disneyland by bus. The garden outside was a plus.

The room was too crammed. Not much space to keep the luggage. The overhead beds are difficult to reach and risky, specially for children. No A/C, it was hot during the night.

Comfortable apartment very close to Val d'Europe and Disneyland! Would stay again.

The location was very strategic and close to all amenities; shops, facilities, restaurants and Disneyland. Check in was very easy with instructions from hosts. Security of apartment was commendable.

Would have been better if complementary toiletries were provided. Seating area furniture was available however not the most comfortable. Hot water was not available for all four family members for a shower as boiler was timed. Host tried to assist with this but due to response timing, this was never resolved.

Superb

The apartment is a wonderful place to stay in when visiting Disneyland. Is clean, is well equipped, and the small terrance comes in handy for spending an evening with loved ones after a day in Disneyland. Close to the apartment, 20min walk one can find the great shopping center Val d'Europe. Disneyland is 5min away by car or 20min. walking

was in a very good location to Disney as well as train, bus etc also had a little outside which really helped as it was quite hot, very nice area and private parking!

Necesita mantenimiento

Ubicación, zona residencial buena y tranquila. Plaza de parking propia dentro de subterráneo Centro comercial y estación de tren cerca (6-10 minutos andando, a 1 parada de Disney). El apartamento es acogedor

Falta de mantenimiento dentro del apartamento. La zona elevada donde están las 2 camas no es segura, tiene unos cables a modo de valla perimetral completamente flojos, los postes se mueven y les faltan tornillos de fijación, al igual que la balaustrada de subida (de todas maneras aún estando bien, para dormir niños es peligroso). Radiador del salón prácticamente arrancado de la pared y no funciona. Perchero con tornillería floja, (baila). La persiana eléctrica de la cocina no funciona y está a la mitad de su recorrido. En el baño el radiador eléctrico tiene colgando la caja de conexiones. La válvula de seguridad del termo fuga mientras calienta el agua (a la hora de dormir es molesto escuchar el agua goteando por el desagüe). Los extractores de aire están bastante sucios, el del baño no funciona y el de la cocina no para (siendo molesto para dormir). El pestillo del baño suelto, se cae al suelo Aspectos a mejorar: Las sábanas de los 2 sofás-cama son pequeñas (un suplicio poder enfundarlas para dormir). Aunque el tiempo no acompaña en estas fechas, la zona ajardinada está muy dejada. La impresión general a mejorar...

Öncelikle ev sahipleri her konuda mesaj ile yardımcı oldu. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Giriş çok kolay oldu, kapalı otoparkı vardı, en güzel alışveriş köyüne ve disneylanda çok yakındı, bina çok sessizdi ve temizdi. Çok güzel dinlendik. Ev içi çok konforlu ve temizdi. Ekimde tekrar gelmeyi ve aynı evde kalmayı planlıyoruz.

Très bonne adresse

L'entrée autonome s'est très bien passée grâce aux informations que nous avions reçues en amont. Le logement est très confortable et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé pour aller à Disneyland. Petits défauts : le volet dans la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas et la rambarde de sécurité ne tient pas vraiment à certains endroits, attention avec les enfants. Nous gardons tout de même cette adresse pour notre prochaine virée à Disneyland en famille !

Não adianta estar remodelado quando existe falta de limpeza. Fiquei dececionada.

O apartamento é muito bonito,prático e bem localizado.

As toalhas de banho estavam a cheirar mal a tabaco. As camas de baixo não estavam feitas e quando fomos à procura de lençóis estavam todos sujos e a cheirar mal. Nota-se falta de manutenção apesar de ser novo, chuveiro partiu, estores avariados, banco partido…

Limpeza duvidosa

O apartamento é novo, perto do Outlet e a 30 minutos a pé da Disney Paris.

Sinceramente a limpeza do local decepcionou, necessitando urgente de uma faxina pesada, cheguei até ficar com medo de usar as roupas de cama e banho, duvidando de sua lavagem já que o pano de prato da cozinha estava encardido, nem fervendo consegui limpá-lo. Enfeites de Natal não haviam sido desmontados (empoeirados) e balas velhas em cima da mesa. Teria tudo para ser um excelente local, se o dono se atentasse aos detalhes.

Toplage für ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Die Lage ist perfekt und es gibt einen Einstellplatz in der Garage – direkt beim Lift (ideal zum Ein- und Ausladen). Man kann bei gutem Wetter zu Fuss ins Disneyland und auch das Einkaufszentrum Val d'Europe und das Outlet La Vallée Village sind in Gehdistanz. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und antworten schnell auf Fragen – wirklich top. Die Betten sind bequem, wenn auch für ältere Personen weniger geeignet, da man eine steile Treppe auf ein Podest klettern muss. Aber es gibt unter dem Bett auch bequeme Liegesofas (wer nicht hochklettern will, muss das evtl. bei der Buchung anmelden). Aber für alle anderen ist das Hochbett ein Riesenspass. Hier stimmt auf jeden Fall das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und es bleibt mehr fürs Disneyland. Sehr nett war auch, dass das Appartement liebevoll mit Weihnachtsbaum und -schmuck dekoriert war. Für uns 3 Personen war es perfekt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
