Very clear instructions. Felt very safe and great to have secure parking too. Apartment was perfect for us, I had worried it would be too small for our family, but it was fine! Comfy beds and sofas, lots of chairs for dining and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was perfect - needed to ask a couple of questions during our stay, but answered and sorted immediately.
Wish I had spotted the outer roller blinds earlier to help with the heatwave. But really appreciated the fans that were provided.

The location was very close to the Disney land and also the shopping centre.
The cleanliness is not so good and there is little problem with the water tap in the kitchen.
