Beautiful apartment, immaculate and with very comfy beds!

Immaculate apartment with excellent facilities and the location is perfect for exploring the local area or spending the day at Disneyland. The host Michael was very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions etc. We especially liked how well stocked the kitchen was with everything you could possibly need!

It’s the cleanest apartment I’ve booked in my life, the kitchen. There are truly many kitchen utensils. So comfortable place

One of the rooms was really dark, The bunk beds were very large and there wasn't enough room to walk around in the room

great location, helpfull staff

distance from the city center, location close to the center and main attractions, very good connection to Disneyland and Paris by public transport (RER,bus), very helpful and professional staff, comfortable beds, clean and pleasant place.

There were problems with the electricity, but the staff were helpful and responded quickly to resolve the issue.

Dont stay at this hotel

Disgusting policy force us to clean everything even 1 single toilet roll or even 1 paper left is charged. What kind of hotel force guets to clean everything to the groung and to the state when we arrived. They know we should take any video or picture so they create the problem blame us for it.

Plutôt bien placé.

Les voisins du dessus on été extrêmement bruyants jusqu'à 4h du matin le premier soir. Cela nous a empêché de dormir. Dommage quand il faut être enforme pour la journée du lendemain à Disney. Il y avait très peu d'éclairage dans le salon. La lampe à pied bas de gamme à côté du canapé avait un faux contact. Assez hallucinant de voir ça par rapport au prix d'une lampe, alors qu'on a payé 1060€ pour 3 nuits ...

Emplacement idéal pour cet appartement au top !

Emplacement idéal par rapport au parc et au lieu de notre compétition (hôtel Newport Bay), excellentes indications pour récupérer les clés. Appartement équipé entièrement de tout ce dont on a besoin pour un court/moyen séjour. Parking juste devant la porte et possibilité de se garer dans la rue si voiture supplémentaire. Petit extérieur qui peut être appréciable en été. Grand salon spacieux et belle cuisine. Deux salles de bain pratiques pour un logement accueillant jusqu'à 10 personnes. Je recommande.

La chambre de 2 lits superposés est un peu étroite.

Die Nähe zum Disneyland.

Die Wohnung weist Mängel auf. Das Licht funktioniert nur selten. Die Schiebetüren der Schränke in den Schlafzimmern sind schwer zu öffnen. Man braucht dazu viel Kraft. Die Türklinke von der Eingangstür ist regelmäßig auf den Boden gefallen.

Hôte très réactif, aimable et les indications pour accéder aux logements très détaillés. La proximité du parc Disney est un gros avantage (environ 10 minutes). Le logement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Nous sommes ravis de notre court séjour.

La zona es preciosa, al lado de la parada de bus para ir a disneyland.

Teníamos un huésped inesperado. Había una araña del tamaño de mi mano, fue asesinada después de ardua batalla. No aseguramos que no haya puesto huevos 🤣

Super appartement, très bien situé dans un quartier calme. L’hôte est très sympathique et il est très réactif à la moindre question. Les informations de Check in et Check Out sont super bien faites.

Después de solicitar entrar antes de las 16h nos contestaron 3 horas antes de que el apartamento estaba listo. Lamentablemente la estancia no fue todo lo buena que esperábamos, se nos fue la luz en varias ocasiones, nos quedamos sin agua caliente ni había calefacción, la cuna estaba rota. No se puede excusar todo lo sucedido en el apartamento al hecho de dártelo 3 horas antes.

Fantástico!

Muito bem equipado na cozinha até o café era ótimo. Terraço muito simpático com mesa, cadeiras e um baloiço. Perfeito para 2 famílias com crianças (2 quartos de casal e 1 quarto com 2 beliches é um sofá cama na sala) até 10 elementos. Muito perto da Disney, a 15m de autocarro, cuja paragem é praticamente em frente ao apartamento. Zona muito tranquila e agradável. Shopping e centro da vila muito perto. Também se faz muito bem a pé tanto para o centro de Serris como para a Disney.

Menos prático: uma das casas de banho está dividida ou seja: só retrete numa divisão e noutra divisão banheira e lavatório.
