So close to bus stop and nice privacy of single unit.

I like the privacy of the single unit and separate bedrooms. The closeness of the bus stop is great!

Our drain in the shower was clogged so it leaked out all over the bathroom the first night. The maintenance team fixed it the next day and brought extra towels to replace the ones used up to mop up the water. The radiator in the open kitchen/dining wasn’t working so it was cold in that area.

The Cabin and Villa booked for our family weekend in Paris met all our individual needs. The cabins are spacious and well kitted out for whatever we wanted, and needed to do. Very close and easy to use public transport just outside the gate. A good restaurant experience with shop stocked with essentials. This is fantastic for families like ours on a budget.

Dirt, broken facilities, unpleasant smell, and deposit not returned

We stayed at Marvilla Parks Paris-Est from 27 to 29 June 2025. Upon arrival, we paid a €150 cash deposit and received an official document confirming the payment. After checking in, we discovered that the accommodation was in poor condition: the cleaning was done very poorly, the floor was dirty, one of the towels had stains, and in the living room/kitchen area one of the windows was broken and could not be opened. On top of that, the curtains had an extremely strong and unpleasant smell of laundry detergent, as if they had been soaked in it, not rinsed, dried, and hung. The smell was so harsh that it was difficult to breathe, and we had to air out the entire unit. According to the signed agreement, the deposit was to be refunded between 10 and 21 July. By 21 July, the money had not been returned. My first email to the property was ignored. In response to my second email, where I warned that I would contact Booking.com, they replied, apologized, and said the request had been sent to their accounting department. After that, they stopped replying to my emails entirely. The deposit still has not been returned. Dirt, bad smell, broken facilities, ignoring customers, and violating the refund terms make this property completely unreliable. Unfortunately, it is not possible to attach all the photos due to the four-file limit. Only the main evidence of correspondence with the property is included here. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

مكان و موقعيت هوبي دارد ايستگاه اتوبوس 101 درست جلو در محوطه است و 9 دقيقه طول مي كشد تا به ايستگاه قطار رسيد با خط RER مي توان در زمان حدود 40 دقيقه و به راحتي به مكانهاي ديدني مثل ايفل و … رسيد و اخرين اتوبوس ساعت 1 شب هست موقع برگشت بايد محاسبه زمان بكنيد و گرنه يك مسير پياده روي نيم ساعته از ايستگاه قطار تا كمپ دارين.

فشار أب حمام خيلي كم و عملا براي دوش و حمام خانمها غير ممكن است و بايد از حمام مركزي كمپ استفاده كنيد. بعضي از كانكسها كولر ندارند موقع رزرو دقت كنيد. اينترنت هم همينطور.

A return visit after 8 years

It was the 1st time in a 1 bedroom unit, but we found it spacious and well thought out. The landscape of the campsite has changed for the better since 2017 and although there are a lot more units, there is space and greenery, and I love the fact that we are so near the river Marne.

The location. We were at the back near the fire exit unit 128. My husband had a stroke 6 months ago, so walking down to the bus stop was exhausting before we started. We decided to drive down to reception and leave the car there while in Paris. The toilet was very small and would have been better as part of the bathroom. I would have preferred a mop and bucket rather than having to use the floor brush and cloth. I would love to see a swimming pool at the campsite.

A practical substitute from renting an overly priced apartment in Paris.

I was not expecting too much from this camping but was surprise by the friendliness of the staffs and cleanliness of the bungalow. It was fairely practical to go to the center of Paris because there’s a bus stop just outside of the camping. We loved our short weekend stay 🥰

A mini house for the price of a room - you won't regret it

We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book them again when visiting the city. The bus line ends at the site which made travelling very easy to navigate. The "room" was more like a mini house and we loved the extra space. We ate at the restaurant each evening and found the food good and well-priced. The staff were very helpful and it seemed like a great spot for kids as well.

If you miss the last bus it is a bit of a walk from the train station and daunting for foreigners. We wish we were told that you can buy bus tickets on the bus instead of wasting money on a full day pass for one trip which didn't even count at our final destination (Disney Land).

The mobile home we stayed in was old, it could use some care. The wifi was expensive, we payed 28 euros for three devices for four days, for an internet that turned out to be weak and slow and nothing could be done about it.

It was a very nice experience in Paris.The villa was clean and good equipped with all you need for the stay.The campus is located in a very quiet area, on the bank of Marne river, with a lot of vegetation around. Very easy to get the main turistic obiectives in Paris, with local public transportation.The staff is very polite, prompt and helpfull. Many thanks!

A great stopover with a car. Easy to get to Paris.

We were able to leave our car outside of Paris and easily travel in with good advice and tickets from the wonderful lady on our arrival. This meant we had a great time exploring on a stopover within a big European tour. I know Paris well and the journey and location felt safe. I would advise planning a taxi to return as the rers were cancelled on us and our toddler and child on the night and it was only 35 euro and was a great way to see the city more.

The property has small and basic rooms and while clean and ok for a night the beds definately could be improved. The front door felt flimsy so we kept things locked in our car but the site does have 24h security. It seems like a lot of users are working contractors with vans and they were a bit toonoisy outside talking late in the night on the balcony bits so we kept our windows shut. Otherwise it was great for kids
