About this apartment rental
A few steps from Disney parks, we offer a T4 apartment of 75 m2, on the ground floor of our beautiful millstone house, in a charming village of Seine et Marne: Mortcerf.
The train station is 900 m away and takes you to Paris, Gare de l'Est, in 39 minutes and to Coulommiers, in 15 minutes.
The apartment consists of 4 main rooms:
1 living room with open kitchen of 18 m2 and a sofa bed for 2 people and
3 bedrooms of 10, 12 and 16 m2. (For 2 people each and 1 fireside for 1 child in 2 of 3 bedrooms).
1 small bathroom, with a hand washing, a shower and a toilet.
Be careful if you are many ...
The washing machine and the dryer of the house are graciously put at your disposal according to your need.
Outside,
1 pretty terrace sheltered by a Plexiglas pergola, with garden furniture and barbecue.
Fruit trees according to season and landscaped garden of 1200 m2 for your pleasure.
Note that the end of stay cleaning is not included in the rental, so 50 € will be retained in the deposit for this purpose for a normal household and 80 € if a large household is necessary.
If you make the apartment as clean as you found it, we will return the entire deposit.
