Super practical for a sleeping spit near Disney

Clean, easy to park, great location for Disney- noticed there was a shuttle stop right opposite. we stayed for just one night before going on to one of the Disney hotels, so we didn't use it ourselves. Plenty of beds for 5 of ua, we thought we'd have to use the sofa bed, but they put another single in for us.

Basic but fine if you just want to sleep there as we did. Upstairs beds/ mezzanine floor (not sure which) creaked, so ear plugs would be good if you are a light sleeper like me.

Good to just get your head down. Not suitable for long stays.

It was close to Disney Land, about ten mins in the car. The garden was appealing and gave a nice first impression.

The house next door is also 134, as we arrived at 10pm it was dark so it was hard to find the house, the owner didn’t reply when we text to say we couldn’t find it, having two kids in tow too made it a bit more stressful. No one was at the property it was a key lock system. There was no way of having a window open in 32 degree heat because they have shutters over them. The bathroom smelt bad of mold (black mold spurs on the ceiling) and the shower tray was stained yellow, basin smashed. I felt dirtier after a shower, like I’d used a public toilet. The pillows were not normal bed pillows and was rather uncomfortable but the mattress was nice. There are printed signs all over the walls and it really made me feel like I was in a dorm from college. Many requesting a tip (not sure what for as no one was at the property) No air con. Random hats all over the walls, I kind of felt like I was sleeping in some random persons front room. The aesthetic was confusing. But for £75, well worth just somewhere to sleep.

Lovely apartment in a great setting

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. It was set in a pretty garden with lots of roses. The property was clean and comfortable. A very excellent stay. Also ideal for visiting Disneyland Paris, about a 10 minute drive.

Property is located on a busy road, so was a little loud in the night. Parking is also very small if the property is fully booked.

Easy enough to find

When you arrive there is a box by the door demanding you leave an extra 15 euro cash for each night of your stay for cleaning which is not mentioned at all on booking.com as it should be included in the booking cost if that was the case, just seemed like a way for the owner to get more money out of you tax free

Nice apartment but not so good check in process

The apartment was nice with full kitchen.

Never received answer to my messages from host. They want to charge you extra in cash what they wouldn't tell you in advance only 2 min before check in time in an email.Check in communication is not ok, according to booking.com we were supposed to receive a txt message with check in info. Instead we received an email 2 min before our confirmed check in time that we should call 1 hour in advance before arriving. That is quite not ok especially If you are coming from abroad driving in an unknown country. This resulted that apartment wasn't ready ( there were another family with same issues).The building is on the main road a bit noisy. There are 5 apartments and only 3 proper parking space 2 cars has to park on the street which is not a big deal but description doesn't indicate this.

Clean, cozy studio, spacious enough, just a 10 min. ride from Disneyland. Beautiful inner courtyard.

For 0 reason we were told to leave the room at 22.30 at night because they made a double booking. We had no idea... it was dreadful. Terrible service from the location and booking.com. I would not recommend staying here. We will never do again, and we will think twice before booking on booking.com too. Terrible service. Kicking a family out of the room at 22.30, for 0 reason. I hope somebody reads this, and books a differtent hotel and via a different website.

great property close to Disney

the property suited us for somewhere to stay to visit Disneyland Paris. The bus stop is only a short walk from the property so didn’t have to worry about paying for parking at the Park. All the info about receiving the keys and entering the property was sent to me by text so the owner did not have to be there so we could arrive when it suited us.

Drainage issues can happen but the inability to contact the hosts wasn’t nice.

I liked the privacy and that it felt like you were in a vacation park. We had a standalone-home which was very nice. The pictures are a bit misleading though - it’s tiny!

When the first person went for a shower, the water wouldn’t drain. We looked at the drain and it was closed, so we opened it. Big mistake. A chain reaction started, the toilet started to spit up water and dirty water from the sewer came up the shower. We tried contacting the owner, got them on the phone but because of the language barrier he told us to text him, but then got told we got the wrong number. I sent them a message via booking.com but never got a reply on that either.

Great location for Disney for the price!

We didn't meet anyone on the property, the key was found as instructed before. The property is good for a small family visiting Disney. But if you take the bus back, you are gonna miss the for work show as the last bus leaves at 9pm. However this property is a very good one and would come again.

Bed sheets could be light colours. No easy access from Central Paris if you get late than 8pm. Then no taxis around if you don't have a French phone no. to register their websites. Less Uber taxis around the area.

Great, but not without a few minor issues.

Lovely place, nice outdoor space. Well situated for our needs. Off street parking was good.

No clean towels or bedding apart from the ones on arrival, 4 nights in the same sheets in hot weather. We paid for cleaning but saw nobody. We were asked for 30€ via text, but the sign in the property stated 20€. Some seating in the garden would have been nice. Kitchen facilities were good, but no sharp knife. A crucifix on the wall? I found this offensive. These are minor issues, easily resolved, well worth the money and very pleasant. The towels/bedding was the only real concern, after a day sweating in Disneyland, clean bedding would have been nice.

Lovely staff in a great location

very friendly and helpful staff who showed us how easy it was to get to Disneyland and central Paris which was ideal for what we were looking for … the supermarket was only a short walk away too

Deceiving hosts and hidden costs

The place was a great location for a 20 minute bus ride to Disneyland.

The communication was deceiving. They wanted to communicate outside of booking.com using WhatsApp which I want all comms through booking for record. Booking stated a 100€ deposit, but then I was informed through text message about cleaning fees. I don't like not knowing up front the cost and this place only informs you after you pay and post the date of a refund. In this case i found out after arriving into France

I not recommend.

The property is cosy, no noise around and only 15 minutes by bus to Disneyland

The property doesn’t have a toilet mat ( I requested one), no iron, no vacuum cleaner ( if I need), no spare black bags and others kitchen stuffs. Also the staffs give my keys to another customer and I waited for half hour to have my keys back to get inside the property. One more thing, we have to pay a Corona vírus disinfection but I didn’t see or smelled not different cleaning stuff.

Very good

A clean and cosy residence well equipped to visit Disneyland. We spent just one night but I would have no problem spending more time. The owner was very friendly. It is on a busy road but the garden was nice and provided enough separation from traffic.

While there are 6 beds, maybe for a family of 5 the living area is a bit small.
