Awful, Worst experience ever!!!! Be 👀 aware of this guy!

Probably it wasn’t too bad, it looked good at first, but when I went in I realized how uncomfortable was, the toilet is in the fort floor and it wasn’t easy at night go all the way down… also the bed shits we’re not clean..

The Owner is really weird, it make me feel Uncomfortable, we got very late and he kept talking for about 40 minutes.. He smelled drunk and acted weird.. he was going in and out the place talking and my family and I were tired to listen a drunk guy! Not enough with that he smoked in front of me knowing that I’m pregnant, and he started complaining my kids looked older just because they are tall as my husband and I, and was saying they were older that the stated ages (which is not true) but anyways in this property take kids the same as adults so it was non sense anyways… There were bed sheets at the washing machine so I had to hang them to dry, which is not a problem… but then my bed wasn’t clean and there were several spiders everywhere… I have 2.5 months traveling Europe and this guy was really weird and rude. I talk to him about leaving the property because we felt really uncomfortable and he turned crazy.. He texted me that we are shit people, he said my husband didn’t say hi to him… at 2am….what he was expecting??? I was Kind with him but really? Accusing my husband???? and several other things that is not worth mentioning.. Here you can se how crazy he is… I really aware people about this crazy man! I was so worried about my kids, because it was a really awkward situation….

Value for money, it was very clean with everything we needed for kids and us. Very comfortable beds and clean bed linens. The host was very sweet and made sure he arrived from his trip to say goodbye to us. He also gave us goodies. Very welcoming and great hospitality.

Excellent host, excellent apartment, perfect location.

Location perfect - only a short walk (20 minutes) to the train station to take the train to Paris. Greg was a great host! He was interesting and fun to talk to in the evenings. Greg also came to collect us from the train station when we were late home from Paris! The children loved that there was an old Nintendo to play on.

The only thing we could say we did not like was that the freezer was a little unclean, but everywhere else in the apartment was very clean with great facilities.

“The property was everything we needed. Wonderfully clean bedsheets and comfy beds,heating (it's important during the winter time),great WiFi.It is very quiet,even the neighbours are very quiet.Location was amazing For Paris and PDL and it was very clean place over all our stay was awesome,exceptionally.Comms with owners (Gregory )he was excellent host,very informative, and very approachable. Outstanding stay and lovely walk across the river to the downtown.

Gregory (the host) takes all the five stars. He's passionate small business owner who makes every effort to serve his customers in the best possible way. Gregory loves the order and has great attention to details. Military grade order. I took few photos to show how things are well thought and taken care of. Everything is labeled in two languages.

Gregory was very helpful and friendly. Flat was clean and tidy. Outside the flat there is a nice play area for kids. Perfect location if you are visiting Disneyland. Would definitely come back again.

Grégory was an amazing host, the house is aside his property and he kitted it out with tea coffee, juoces, cokes and such and it was extremely clean and comfortable He was amazing as was the place He has made it modern and open, the shower and kitchen have everything you need

Su alojamiento tiene todo, absolutamente tout! Cada detalle pensado — desde el café de la mañana hasta los enchufes donde uno más los necesita (¡milagro en París!). Nos sentimos como en casa, o mejor dicho, como en chez nous. París ya es una ciudad mágica, pero con Gregory fue magnifique! Nos ayudó en todo, nos dio tips geniales y nos hizo sentir parte de la ciudad. En resumen: 100 000 % recomendable, merci beaucoup Gregory — tu es le meilleur! 💫🇫🇷❤️

Lugar ideal para ir en familia. En nuestro caso con un niño de 8 años y un perrito. Es muy acogedor. Situado muy cerca de la estación de tren.( recomendado para visitar Paris, en coche es una locura ) y a 20 minutos de Disneyland. Zona muy tranquila y anfitrión (Gregory) muy atento. Volveremos!!
