The premises is ok but if the above things mentioned can be improvedon,it will be an excellent place
No breakfast given throughout our stay. We are not informed of where to go to get our breakfast.
The ventilation in the premises needs to be looked into. No fan or AC in the premises apart from 3 windows that is in the kitchen area, the 2nd room and the bathroom.

Perfect Disneyland apartment
Great location approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the town centre and bus station of Lagny Sur Marne. Ideal accommodation if you're going to Disneyland. The 2223 bus will take you literally to the entrance of the theme park. €2.50 each and only 30 minutes away.
Loads of great restaurants there. We tried Go Gorilla and Bistro K. Outstanding food in both!
The apartment is very good and has pretty much everything you need for your stay. Bathroom soap, shower gel and lots of storage in the bathroom and bedrooms.
If i had to make a request, it would be for an extra bigger shaper knife as there was only 1 small one. But thats me being a bit picky as i like to cook a lot.
All the pillows, including the spare ones in the wardrobe need replacing. They're all lumpy and very uncomfortable im afraid.

This apartament locatied in a quiet area with available parking. Flat is is spacious аnd has everything you need for a stay.
The bed linen and towels have stains, the shower leaks.
We arrived at 10 P.M. after Disneyland. When we turned off the electrical appliances, the light went out and the owner did not answer calls and was not at home. We went to the neighbors, but they had not help us. The owner arrived at 12 midnight and also couldn't turn on the lights. He suggested that we and the children look for a hotel!!!!!!!
My husband turned on the light in the owner's house.
I do not recommend this place, we sat for two hours in the basement without light and heat!

Comfortable basement appartment just a short walk from the train station to Paris (Gare de l'est) which is just over 20 mins away on a half hourly service. It's also a 25 minute drive to Disneyland, which you can also do by direct bus in just less than 30 minutes. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance.

ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation was exactly as pictures from booking. Flat was very well equipped, spacious and newly renovated in quiet location with own entrance from the yard, behind the gate. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Refrigerator, washing machine, coffee machine, dishes, dishwasher, stove/oven. Clean, very good value, lot of space and additional equipment and great privacy. There was hot outside, inside was very pleasant temperature.
WELCOME:
Owner is very flexible if you need sooner check-in. We came 3 hours sooner with small child and he was open to prepare the flat for us to have the rest (of course, you need to ask him before arrival as he needs to manage the cleaning). He was waiting for us with the keys and he communicated very fast if you contact him by booking messages. As welcome gift he bought croissants for us :) what was very nice surprise and super snack after our long trip until we found the shop. He introduced us whole apartment.
EXPERIENCE WITH OWNERS:
Very fast and supportive communication. Our child had fever 40 degrees and we had the problems to reduced the fever by medicaments from our country. We woke up the owners at 2.00 in the night to help us with the doctor and they brought us their medicaments and recommended us the hospital where we can go. We were very satisfied with the care we got in the hospital and also from our owners. Very supportive and emphatic people. The flat was great, but the attitude of the owners was very impressive. At our last day, owner was very helpful and he allowed us to make later check-out (5 hours later) until we left to the airport as our child still had fever almost 40 dgrs. Impressive.
We were here because of Disneyland. We travelled there by taxi as it was fastest way to get there, from door to door cca 20 minutes. Very comfortable. You can go there also by bus, you need to go to bus stop the first. We didn't use it as we had small child. 1 trip by taxi cca 19 €.
Nothing related to accommodation or location or owners. We were sorry our child got sick.

Nice cosy apartment in vicinity of Disneyland
The apartment is brand new, you have everything you need. We travelled there to stay for two nights so that we can visit Disneyland and it was super nice

Es sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Besitzerin wohnt direkt nebenan und ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Wohnung und ein paar Meter weiter der Bahnhof.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage
Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts.
Die Betten sind bequem, auch das Sofa lädt zum Entspannen ein. Unsere Tochter hat gleich das Spielzeug gefunden. Sie fand ihr Zimmer mit Schreibtisch toll!
Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, die Vermieterin kann sogar sehr gut deutsch. Ein Bäcker ist gleich in der Nähe, Supermarkt auch.
Wir sind mit dem Auto zum Disneyland gefahren, knapp 30 Minuten. Nach Paris rein mit Öffis war auch gut und einfach.
Der Ort Thorigny ist wirklich schön, am Fluss Marne gelegen. Man kann dort gut spazieren. Eine Fitness Area zum Sport machen gibt es auch. Es gibt verschiedene Bars, Restaurants und Imbisse.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind "nur" durch Schiebetüren getrennt. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört.
Und ja es ist ein Souterrain-Wohnung - das weiß man durch die Beschreibung. Wir haben zum Lüften gerne Fenster und Wohnungstür aufgemacht.

Dat eigenaar woont boven ons en komt klagen dat om 00:35 ik en ne gezin lawaai maakt terwijl mijn kind jarig was en was geen regels over niks op boeking..vrouw van eigenaar komt klagen over stoel die buiten is gezet in warmte terwijl geen ander buiten stoelen waren om buiten te zitten ..
