Cozy and clean basic room in ideal location!

Loved the proximity of the rooms and that the doors could be left open to see the kids in the opposite room. Super easy check in, quick and smooth. Bed very comfortable Great shower facilities

The host was very friendly and responsive, great location and reasonably priced.

The bunk beds were rather squeaky and the towels were a little worn.

Very enjoyable stay.

Location is great. Safe parking for 1 car.. beds weee comfortable. The host was lovely. The room was snug but absolutely fine for what we needed as it was just a base whilst visiting Disneyland. Small kitchenette. If I had to add anything it would be a rail in the cupboard so clothes could’ve hung up, they had to stay in the suitcase. Overall very happy.

Perfect location, stayed before and after our Disney stay, easy to find, easy directions, clean, tidy, comfy bed, would book again. Very happy, basic but adequate for what we paid it was what we expected and perfect to get some rest before heading off.

Other than that, it’s a great place, and the room had everything we needed.

We had a good stay overall. The location is excellent, very close to Disney, which was our main priority and the price was great for a short visit.

However, I would recommend doing a deeper cleaning. The smell in the room was quite strong, as if a previous guest wasn’t very fresh 🦨. It might also be time to wash the duvets and pillows themselves.

Everything advertised works well and is clean. Can't get better for the price.

For the price you get exactly what you hope for, a clean space where all the amenities work without issue. There was also some facilities that we didn't use. The host was also very helpful and available via phone call.

Location was nice and quiet. Only thing is there are a lot of mosquitos in the general area so bringing a bug spray was very helpful. Local area didn't have much in terms of amenities.

Lovely place, lovely host.

The host was very helpful and polite. He was ready to host us when we arrived. Lots of sleeping space for more than 4 people in the room. All necessary things are provided. Good place to stay if needed for a short period of time. Safe, in private area of Bussy-Saint-George. Good for those who travel by car. Lovely place, no regrets.

Quite remote area. Couldn't figure out about WiFi. there is no information about codes anywhere in the room. The room would benefit from a small desk lamp for small light.

Perfect for what we needed- somewhere comfortable to sleep

Great location for a day trip to centre parcs and Disney! Only 10 euros in an uber Walking distance to station if you want to go to the centre of Paris train 2.50 euros each way Easy check in and out

Great location but no ventilation

Location is everything. Excellent value and perfect as all we did was sleep here when we visited Disneyland Paris. Also, the owner was really friendly. I messaged about Wi-Fi and he got straight back to me. Really should probably just be on a laminate in the property though.

All the things we didn’t like came from a lack of ventilation. Towels and bedding all smelt really damp as did the room itself. There are no windows except for French doors that lead out to the communal courtyard but it was just way too hot. In the end opened it a little just to be able to get SOME air and pulled the bed in front of the doors to stop them opening fully (for security). We just didn’t feel like there was any other option. It really needs a window.

Ok for Disney

Location is good for a pre-Disney stay. And useful having parking.

It was significantly smaller than we anticipated just one room with a small bathroom. Very basic amenities and the beds weren’t comfortable. No wifi and the apartment was SO hot. I also didn’t think the bathroom was very clean and the bedding smelled musty. The towels were tiny. It was a bit weird having to walk through the owner’s garden to access the room and didn’t feel very private.

The location was great. It had great wifi connection.

The place was not clean when we arrived. Apparently there were power cut during the day and they could not clean and prepare properly. Still it was too bad!! Also the bedding stank! Place replace the bedding!!

Perfect stay for a Disneyland Paris Trip!

The accommodation had everything we needed and more!! Including towels, fridge with small freezer compartment, a hob and bedding. The owners little pug was an extra bonus for our children!

No hot water, no facilities, terrible host, no privacy, really unclean, it’s a hostel not an apartment, flannels not towels, invasive residents, invasive owners dog, dog mess, bins overloaded that smell & are infested.

Nice and peaceful street, easy to get. Only 25 min walk or 10 min by bus from train station .

It’s not clean. The fridge is dirty and the shower is very dirty. Need to clean it better. For 4 guests only 4 small towels and it was a glue on one of them.

Cheap and good location but wouldn't do it again.

The communication was great and the location for Disneyland was perfect, so those are the pluses. It was also cheap.

They clearly have problem with drainage as the bathroom smelt like sewer. The bedroom was separated with sliding door which meant that the whole bedroom smelt like drains. The property was ok but not that well cleaned. I wouldn't want to stay there more than one night.

The area really nice and quiet, nice back garden, the host was nice and the parking space available What we didn’t like was the cleanliness , bathroom was not clean ( the wall near shower was mouldy ) and the metal bed frame was squeaking every time when you move ( really annoying). Otherwise it was ok for two days.

The location is great for Disney only 10 mins away. The check in instructions were clear with photos. But overall i do not recommend and won’t be staying again.

Pretty much everything was unclean. The fridge, shower, toilet microwave were all dirty and unclean. I doubt any of it has had more than a sweep out in a very long time. I didn’t do a lot of research and booked it for a few nights post a Disney trip with my kids and regret not reading further into the reviews. If you want “magic” not the place, but if you are travelling on a budget and don’t mind a dirty bed sit then it fits the bill. Overall not a very nice place to stay especially with young children.

Bad

False advertising. They sell it as an 'entire apartment' when it is in fact a converted garage into a room and en-suite. They state to have a dish washer when it is only a basin and there is not even a TV in it. Things are either broken or dirty. The floors and bedsheets had crumbs of some sort and hair. The entire had not been cleaned properly for months. The toilet smelled from lack of cleaning. Towels were hand towels and not suitable for bath as well as with stains. The shower full of limescale and dirt. The headboard damaged. The pictures speak for themselves. Worst place I've ever been to. I actually booked myself out on the third night as I cold not stand it anymore. The other converted garage room, was serviced by the owner at 7:30 am waking everybody up. Disgusting.
