It was a good apartment for a family to stay in. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to Disneyland only 15 minutes by car. The train station was close as well. There were shops and restaurants nearby.

Great stay and great location
The location was very good. 5 mins from the train and 15 mins to Disney. Right beside a supermarket too. Facilities were nice with Netflix on the tv, a nice shower and table and chairs to eat. Host was helpful and nice to deal with. Very good after service.
Very hefty deposit to be paid prior to arrival which was unexpected. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided for the week. We had to buy more. The keypad on the door stopped working one night and we were locked out for some time. Although this was fixed quickly and we got dinner in the mean time.

Pictures maybe misleading, it's a studio
What was good: the laundry machine, modern but small studio
The pictures are a bit misleading or I understood wrong. It's advertised as a 6 people apartment and picture seems with a lot of space. Truth is we were there with 4 people and it's only a studio, where you had to convert the sofa into a bed, studio is without table to eat,chairs only for 2 people, unfortunately mold on the curtain, but in sum you could live there, I just expected totally another environment,maybe my fault

We thought it was 1 bed apartment based on description but ended up with a studio. There was mold in the apartment.

There were not water in the shower, it was not possible to take shower… After I wrote about that problem, it was not commented. I would prefer another hotel like Mercury almost in the same price and also in the same location if I knew about such problems… I payed a lot for my stay and for such money no shower it is not ok at all…

Lit cassé et bien d’autres
Dans l’ensemble c’était propre, et bien situé.
Le four de bonne qualité qui fait aussi micro-ondes. Et le lave linge qui fait aussi sèche linge.
Les serviettes de toilette mise a disposition dans une belle douche, toutefois le proprio devrait refaire les joints en silicone
Pour votre sommeil, la literie semble correct MAIS vous aurez un lit cassé et très fragile, des lattes rafistoler avec du scotch et un matelas ikea qui semble avoir bien servi. Quand on loue un logement, je pense que le lit est l’un des éléments les plus important...
Les équipements, une bonne partie étaient manquante ou cassé, le petit kit de toilette de bienvenue promis est introuvable tout comme les dosettes de nesquik et café pour leur machine a café.
Pas non plus de dosette pour la machine à laver
Et le papier toilette n’y pensez même pas. Il faudra ramener le vôtre ! Vous n’y trouverez pas une seule feuille
Nous avons fait une liste de ces problèmes emunéré ainsi que d’autres problèmes non cité à l’hôte, qui nous a à peine répondu a certain truc, apres l’avoir ignoré le premier jour puis nous a ramener une bouteille de vin en guise d'excuses. Nous ne l'avons pas bien pris.

Alloggio da limitare all'utilizzo per due persone ma prima risolvere il problema della muffa!
Di questa sistemazione il punto forte è stata la posizione sia come comodità a raggiungere i luoghi che desideravamo visitare sia per i servizi intorno all'alloggio.
Il resto si potrebbe ampliamente migliorare a partire dal fatto di evitare di proporlo come adatto a 4 persone.
La sera del nostro arrivo la difficoltà nel check in. Non eravamo stati avvisati che era stato divelta dalla porta di ingresso la tastierina dove avremmo dovuto digitare il codice per entrare e non c'era la chiave di emergenza. Leggendo in seguito una recensione del 27 marzo abbiamo capito che non era una situazione accaduta subito poco prima del nostro arrivo. Quando abbiamo contattato il proprietario perchè non sapevamo come entrare nell'alloggio, nonostante si sia dimostrato fin da subito disponibile, si è comportato come se il problema fosse sorto solo a ridosso del nostro arrivo. Invece avrebbe avuto tutto il tempo di informarci e di predisporre il check in altro modo. Il monolocale come ho anticipato non è adatto ad accogliere 4 persone. Non esiste un armadio, nella zona cucina non c'è un armadietto dove poter riporre la spesa, mancano le presine, alcuni prodotti di prima necessità, le antine che contengono le stoviglie si aprono a soffietto ma non restano su e dovevi usare la testa per tenerle aperte e prendere il necessario, un solo strofinaccio è poco per 4 persone per una settimana. Vi è in un angolo un tavolo da aprire per mangiare in 4. Lo abbiamo aperto e subito richiuso per le condizioni pessime in cui si presentava e non c'era nemmeno una tovaglia con cui ricoprirlo. E cmq sarebbero mancate due sedie per usarlo visto che le altre due sedute erano i due sgabelli alti del bancone accanto alla cucina impossibili da usare per il tavolo. Letti scomodi.
Ancora peggio scoprire la muffa sulle tende delle finestre, il che spiegava l'odore di stantio vicino alla zona cucina. Possibile che l'impresa di pulizia non si accorga e non informi il proprietario di questa problematica e non si faccia nulla? Il bagno la parte migliore ma non c'è una presa elettrica e c'era per 4 persone per una settimana un misero rotolo di carta igienica e i prodotti per la doccia si limitavano a uno shampoo.

Apartamento con un servicio muy deficiente y muy poca consideración con los inquilinos.
El baño es muy grande. La ubicación es buena para Disney.
No vino nadie a entregarnos las llaves y explicarnos el funcionamiento. Las instrucciones de entrada no funcionaron, nos abrió un vecino. La cocina tiene accesorios y los que hay no están en buenas condiciones. No es un lugar conveniente para cocinar. No ponen toallas de mano, solo de ducha. Las pedimos y nos dijeron que no. Hay moho en las cortinas. No se puede hablar a partir de las 21 horas porque hay un vecino que viene agresivamente a golpear la puerta si escucha murmullos. Nos arrancó el código de la puerta. El anfitrión no lo reparó y tardó dos días en darnos una llave para poder entrar, estuvimos dos noches seguidas en la calle con los niños, sin poder abrir la puerta, llamando al anfitrión hasta que lograba venir a abrirnos. No nos hacía copias de llaves y no nos ofrecía una solución válida para entrar al apartamento. No hay donde dejar la ropa, ni armarios ni estantes. No hay mesa ni sillas en el apartamento para más de dos personas. Las pedimos con antelación pero no nos contestaron hasta varios días de estar allí.

Parfait pour 2 (spacieux). Ok aussi pour 4 pour passer une ou deux nuits. Procédure d'arivee et de départ très simple et souple.
Il manque une prise de courant dans la salle de bain et une éponge pour compléter le nécessaire de ménage (qui est bien utile au demeurant).
