La casa è posizionata a pochi minuti d’auto da Disneyland, facilmente raggiungibile tramite rer e fornita di tutti i servizi .

La posizione è perfetta: 3 minuti a piedi dalla RER che in 6 minuti esatti vi proietta proprio davanti all'ingresso del parco Disney. Un treno ogni 6-7 minuti al mattino, ogni 15 all'uscita. E nessun problema per salire o prenderlo come invece succede per gli hotel vicini collegati con navette. L'alloggio è un monolocale che ha tutto ciò che serve, è pulito, silenzioso e ben arredato con cucinotta provvista di utensili. Ha anche il posto auto, ottimo... attenzione solo che è sotterraneo con soffitto basso, reputo massimo 2 metri. Se avete quindi un cassonetto sul portabagagli, dovrete toglierlo prima di scendere

Nulla dell'alloggio salvo i cuscini... Fuori dell'alloggio, non posso dire che mi sia piaciuta molto la gente che circola nei pressi della stazione ed al giardinetto adiacente intorno a cui si gira per rientrare a casa.

The location

Overall, the accommodation was alright, but I feel there is room for improvement. It is probably more suitable for people who are in transit and looking for somewhere to stay for one or two nights rather than for a longer stay. Unfortunately, cleanliness was one of the main issues. The property was quite dusty and seemed to need a more thorough cleaning. We were also unsure whether the bed sheets had been changed, as we found a long hair on them and they had a slightly unpleasant smell. Some of the plates were dirty as well. Apparently the cleaning is handled by a cleaning company, and I feel that sometimes they may be skipping some important steps. I also found the policy of asking guests to take the bins out a little strange, as it seems more like a way of keeping the owner’s cleaning costs down. Personally, I would rather pay slightly more for the accommodation and have a better overall experience as a guest. Compared with the other accommodation where we stayed during the previous two weeks, there was a noticeable difference in terms of cleanliness, service and overall value for money. On the positive side, communication with the host was very easy. We received clear instructions, and everything went smoothly from that perspective. Ultimately, we came to the area to take our daughter to Disneyland, so we weren’t looking to spend much time inside the accommodation anyway. Overall, it was an acceptable place for a short stay, but improving the cleaning standards would make a significant difference to the guest experience and value for money.

Das Apartment ist im Ikea-Stil eingerichtet und ordentlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut und es ist alles da was man für ein paar Tage braucht.

Da wir wenn möglich getrennt schlafen, hat meine Freundin im Bett geschlafen und ich auf der Couch. Ich schlafe sehr gerne auf harten Matratzen, aber die Couch war selbst mir zu hart und auf Dauer nicht gerade bequem. Man könnte sagen, dass das Bett zum Schlafen gedacht ist und nicht die Couch, aber das bringt leider keine Besserung. Meine Freundin klagte auch über eine unbequeme Matratze. Das Leitungswasser riecht stark nach Chlor. Am Abreisetag sollten wir bis 11 Uhr aus dem Apartment sein. 10.02 Uhr stand die serbische Putzfrau vor der Tür und tippte auf ihre Armbanduhr, dass wir quasi endlich gehen sollten. In der Eile ist mein Koffer umgefallen und eine Tasse zerbrochen. Noch dazu konnte man sich mit der Putzfrau nicht verständigen. Das hat uns nicht gefallen. Dass man bis 11 Uhr raus sein soll weiß man selbst und braucht dann niemanden der drängelt, wenn man eh schon am räumen ist. Für Nachbarn kann der Vermieter nichts (wie für das Chlor-Aroma des Leitungswassers), aber wenn man da schläft muss man damit rechnen, dass 7 Uhr morgens jemand mit Anfängerkenntnissen Instrumente bearbeitet. Am meisten geärgert hat mich persönlich das Drängeln der Putzfrau und die dabei kaputt gegangene Tasse, die aufgrund der Abreise nicht ersetzt werden konnte.
