Perfect location for Paris/Disney trip

Location to train station was 1 minute walk Beds were comfortable Check in was seamless Bright and clean Swing in bedroom was a hit with the kids Close proximity to supermarket and few eateries

Lovely apartment!

The property was nice and clean. I came with my family the apartment is situated in a lovely area all convenient shops are near by had a pleasant stay and the beds were very comfortable. Alex the host was amazing all by queries were answered to quickly which made my stay even better! Thank you Alex!

Nice appartment

Everything was perfect, we had a lovely stay and this apartment, super close to the RER station which was perfect for us as we’re going to Disney the next morning so we don’t have to wake up too early, there is a nice coffee shop at the corner and carrefour near by. There is a deposit to be paid before arriving, I didn’t read the whole description here in booking so that took me by surprise! The host was so helpful getting that deposit back to us.

Good enough for the price

Convenient location for Disney, well provisioned for one small child. The property was very clean. Clear access instructions were provided (and very necessary as it is a bit complicated to get in) and the host was quick to respond.

Very compact, the kitchen isn't really useable to actually cook a meal in as there is no countertop space and one very blunt knife. Glass tables also not great with kiddies running round. The parking was a right faff, so we didn't bother after the first time and just parked outside.

It is great great place to stay if you would like like to visit Disney with the family. Very close to metro station, pleasant neighbourhood and very nice host who was all time in touch.

Size of the apartment for our family of 4, enjoyed the terrace a lot, and location close to public transportation/bakery/restaurants/grocery store was great for walking. We never used our vehicle the whole time we were there.

It was difficult to figure out how to get into the building/elevator when the door wouldn't open after multiple calls and then conflicting codes for the elevator, but once we got the keys everything was super easy!

It’s a 1 minute to the train station. Shops and restaurants are closeby. Our host Kasra was easy to contact and replies promptly. Definitely recommending it. Disneyland is only around 7 minute train ride.

Parking garage very narrow to enter. If you drive anything larger than a fiat 500, park outside and pay the fee. Cheaper than damaged paint on your car

Great stay for Disney

Great place, quiet. Superb bakery and coffee 1min away, 2 min for train RER A. Easy connection to Disney Park (7min), 40 min to Paris center. Trains every 10mins. Lot of good restaurants around - 5 min walk (Pizza di roma, L'Atelier du Wok). Ideal for 4 adults and max 2 kids on foldable sofa. Good communication from host overall.

First it was cold inside, but our host Kasra fix it imediatelly - very responsive. Beds are very basic, this is area for improvement. 800 EUR deposit will be blocked on your card during your stay, be ready... Second set of keys would be handy.

Location over comfort

The location was superb, it has everything you need within walking distance

A number of things but mainly that the point of contact for the apartment was rude. There's no excuss for rudeness especially in hospitality. The apartment is much smaller in reality, for a family of four it really was on the limit of practicality. The toilet malfunctiones, nothing major, no problem, things break! but when informed the host, I was sent a video on how to fix it, so obviously a recurring problem that they couldn't be bothered to fix. This really was the theme of the stay, the apartment is grubby with holes in walls, skirting boards that are pealing away, mouldy shower curtains, lamps that dont have plug sockets, the oven was filthy, the kettle had floating bits of lime scale, the bin was broken so we had to empty the bin twice a day or the room smelt. The beds were so hard I couldn't raise my arm over my head after 3 nights. Also the fire alarm didn't work. All in all it felt like we had paid to stay in a student apartment. 100% would not stay again.

Comfortable, perfect location for Disney and Paris. Excellent hosts.

We arrived after a fantastic day in Paris and found it straight-forward to enter the property. Opening the lock box was easy enough and we entered feeling very happy to be there. The area is really good and we could see quickly that it was family friendly and that there were lots of take-aways, restaurants and shops if we needed them. Parking was easy. The apartment was plenty big enough for us and the balcony was a very pleasant space to sit at.

Maybe an extra set of keys would be really useful.

Lovely stay, very convenient for disney

Clean apartment, perfectly set up for families. There is a lovely patisserie on the corner of the road and a supermarket about a minute walk away. The train station is at the end of the road, just two stops to Disney. The area was quiet and pleasant, and had a little market in the park outside the apartment on Sunday morning as we were checking out. The communication from the landlord was great, with details for check-in sent by WhatsApp, including a short video on the arrival procedure which was a nice touch.

Very poor

Apart from the location there is nothing good about this apartment. The apartment stinks. The doors are squeaking, the flooring is broken. The host is not a very helpful or understanding person. The host wants everything to be clean before you leave the apartment but don't expect the apartment to be clean when you check in. Expect sticky floors, dirty looking bathroom and what not. Host wants a good rating on abnb and bookingdotcom and is offering discounts for the next stay if you give him a good rating. Has put up all sorts of posters in the apartment mentioning the same. Anyway, stay here for the location not for the apartment.

1. Location: very Close to metro, restaurants and a very lovely bakery is on the corner of the same Building. It’s very reasonable price, but very delicious breakfast items. Already 7am we could find great breakfast options. 2. Free parking just behind the apartment building

1.Bath room door was noisy. Hope the staff would fix it. 2. the Software to enter the first time as shown in the video they sent did not worked. Do we have to wait outside until he comes and opens the door. 3. underground parking is too narrow. Although we had plenty of places to park outside. 3. please make it clear at the entrance on possible parking locations.

Extra sheets, towels were appreciated. Wok atelier restaurant around the corner is a great place for dinner, Traiteur de Bussy for excellent banh mi (vietnemese baguettes)

Never again.

The host was responsive.

The apartment was way below expectations. The pictures were misleading. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The only reason I chose this location was because the train station was extremely close but we were not aware of the strike that was going on. I was depending on the train to go to places. It should be stated on the website that we should be aware of this obstacle. Therefore, the apartment location near the subway is useless. Overall, this experience was disappointing and low on expectations

Schönes Appartement für kurze Aufenthalte

Die RER Bahn direkt nach Paris oder zum Disneyland in der Nähe. Die Erklärungen für das Appartement waren sehr gut und hilfreich. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert und im 2. Zimmer wäre ein richtiges Bett angenehmer gewesen.

Świetne miejsce na wypady do miasta!

Fantastyczne łóżka, super wygodne! Świetnie wyposażone mieszkanie, dwie oddzielne sypialnie bardzo jasne, łazienka i toaleta czyste. Świeże ręczniki w dużej ilości. Doskonała lokalizacja! Na piechotę do kolejki RER dosłownie minuta. Na parterze budynku świetna piekarnia. Duży Carrefour 3 minuty od domu. Idealne miejsce na wypady do centrum Paryża oraz disneylandu.

W kuchni, która miała dużo sprzętu brakowało czajnika. Za to były dwa ekspresy, toster oraz opiekacz :). Ze względu na kiepską pogodę w mieszkaniu było dość chłodno, ale nie przeszkadzało nam to zbytnio.

Die Lage war für einen Besuch von Paris für uns ideal. Innerhalb von 2 Geh-Minuten erreichten wir den Bahnhof Bussy. 2 Stationen bis Disneyland, 40 Min. bis Paris Zentrum. Mehrere Einkaufsläden und Bäcker innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten und auch Pizzerien und andere Restaurants. Eine ideal gelegene Ferienwohnung mit Tiefgaragenplatz.

Tolle Lage für Disneyland Park

Das Apartment ist schön, findet sich in einer guten Lage mit Supermarkt und auch eine Bäckerei in der Nähe. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, das finde ich super. Von Disneyland ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt.

Der Abfluss in der Dusche aber vor allem im Waschbecken ist verstopft. Sonst ist alles ganz in Ordnung.
