Very good budget property. Ticks all

Location and village sitting. The Christmas market, it was very quiet. Lucky to found the parking spot. Heating and hot water was great. Host was answering calls. All in all it was not bad. Not too far from Disneyland Paris. Uber charges to Disney was very reasonable(around £8.00). One more single bed would be nicer to accommodate family of 5.

There was nothing much. However I would suggest add some written notes such as how to unlock stove, how to unlock the outside door.

Location wasn't bad. Quiet area

It was dirty. Dusty, bits on the floor, someone else's item of food left in the fridge, fridge was dirty. Definitely wouldn't have used and of the appliances or plates etc. Bathroom was dirty and needed a deep clean. Sofa broken, other missing legs. Tv control was missing and I found it down side of sofa. Communication with host wasn't great, had to wait until the day before our booking to get the code for the key box. This was a massive worry to us, as we had no idea if we were going to be stranded in France with nowhere to stay. Messages to the host about the issue went un answered until hours before our check in.

I do not recommend it to anyone, a lot of mold in the bedroom... and mold in the living room and an abandoned cellar smell. Once we got there, we could not do anything. BIG WARNING! This location should be removed by the agency. We were accommodated by four people and we only had three towels, there was a leak from the boiler in the bathroom and we did not even have a mop to wipe the water off the floor, so we had to give up another towel to be able to use the bathroom. I would not rent this location again even if it were free. With all responsibility and seriousness, I wrote this as a warning for future tourists. NO NO NO

Great apartment, terrible communication!

The apartment was clean and a good size. Perfect for us. The directions were easy to get to as we're the instructions.

There was no response to any text messages on the app or WhatsApp u til the actual day of check in and only then when I phoned him. Poor commun8cation almost had a very negative effect on our holiday.

Large property

Stayed 4th to7th March 2025. This was a special birthday trip. Musty damp smells as soon as you walked in , needed to keep using air presenter all trip. Leak in bathroom boiler going onto the floor. Damp in 1st bedroom. Wallpaper coming off in lounge and clutter .

Weinig tot geen bestek. Weinig servies. Keukenkastjes die niet afgemonteerd waren. Een lade die zo hoog in de keuken zat dat je eerst op een stoel moest klimmen. Waar de ingang was van het appartement was het een grote rotzooi en was het erg rumoerig. Op de foto's leek het erg mooi, maar de werkelijkheid was anders.

Die Betten waren das einzig gute an der Unterkunft.

Alles dreckig, verkaltkt, abgenutzt. Räume haben nach Schimmel gestunken. Abfluss hat nach Fäkalien gestunken. Wohnungstür war nicht abschließbar. Ein Sofa lag auf dem boden. Schäden an Wänden und Böden.

tout est terrible

l'appartement était au sous-sol, mais quand j'ai réservé c'était écrit 1er étage. quand j'ai ouvert la porte ça sent fortement l'humidité il n'y a aucune ventilation du tout. il n'y a pas de ventilateur d'extraction même dans la salle de bain. le chauffe-eau a commencé à faire du bruit la nuit Je n'ai pas pu dormir à cause de l'odeur et du bruit au final je suis parti le matin à 7h et j'ai annulé la réservation Je ne le recommande fortement pas

L’appartement était très sale à notre arrivée. Poils et cheveux dans les draps/serviettes, poussières, toile d’araignée, traces de dentifrice dans le lavabo, traces de doigts sur les vitres et des taches inquiétantes sur les draps.

La zona è molto carina e tranquilla, la struttura è a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Bussy Saint Georges

Abbiamo preso due appartamenti in questa struttura, entrambi erano poco puliti e con ragnatele, il materasso e le lenzuola non erano il massimo. La macchinetta del caffe non conteneva cialde ed era sporca, abbiamo evitato di usarla.

La taille des chambres, la qualité et propreté de la litterie, et la facilité d'accès. La proximité a Disneyland (raison de notre sejour). Le rapport prix/qualité.

Fort odeur a egout emanant de la salle de bain, manque de papier wc, manque de coutellerie et de vaisselle. Les derniers sont de resolution facile.

Es schimmelt überall im Bad Es stinkt überall richtig übel man musste sich sogar von dem Geruch übergeben. Es ist kein Zustand dort zu bleiben geschweigeden dort zu übernachten. Küche komplett verdreckt der Ofen hat glaube noch nie was zum putzen gesehen. Der Geschirrspüler war komplett voll. Kühlschrank dreckig.

A falta de limpeza. Casa de banho: Duche e armário lavatório demasiado sujos. Material de limpesa usado e sujo na casa de banho. Cozinha: Armarios, forno, fogão, microondas maquina de lavar loiça , paredes sujos. Incapaz de utilizar no estado em que se encontrava. Refeições, apenas 2 pequenos almoços ( levei a minha própria máquina café Dolce Gusto ). Quartos: Muito pó nas camas , proteje colchão com muitas manchas.

De locatie voor een bezoek aan Parijs was prima. Met RER naar Parijs gereisd (dagkaart €12,00 per persoon april 2025). De bedden waren comfortabel en toilet/douche prima.

Het appartement is niet geschikt om langer te verblijven. Er is een keukentafel met stoelen. De slaapbank is niet erg geschikt om langdurig op te zitten. Hygiëne is redelijk. Hoeveelheid keukengerei en borden e.d. niet overmatig aanwezig.

Angenehme kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Ausreichend für Tagestrips und zum nächtigen.

Sofas waren leider defekt. Eine stand schräg, weil Standbeine ab waren und die zweite hatte eine sehr wackelige Armlehne, die gleich abfiel.
