SCAM Suspected -- LOST approx. $300

EVERYTHING. I suspected a scam. Because of this property 's suspicious online communication regarding collection of payment and personal information through a third party, I did not stay at the studio, did not receive a refund of $298, and will no longer use Booking.com. Only AFTER I paid about $300 online for a stay at this suburban Paris studio did the property inform me of an additional damage deposit of €400 (payable only online. Usually, a property collects the damage deposit in person and on site). Without this deposit, the property would not release the key code. The property then required my passport number and picture through a THIRD party, non Booking.com, vendor. (not typical of Booking.com). Due to my suspicion, I did not continue to submit payments and personal information after the initial payment for the studio. Instead, I asked for cancellation and refund immediately after booking. The property said I must ask Booking.com (NOT the policy). Booking.com, in turn, deferred to the property management. In the end, Booking.com did not support me in my request for a refund of about $300 --Lost - though we never stayed at the studio! "It's the property 's policy." After many years of patronage and "Genius Level 3" status, I have booked my last stay with Booking.com.

A great place for a few days trip to Paris and Disneyland

Fantastic location, two RER stations from Disneyland and 30 minutes from the center of Paris. From the apartment to the RER station 100 meters :) Nearby there are a lot of markets and nice bars. Underground parking is a bit complicated logistically - entrance two streets away, but exit from the parking lot directly to the staircase of our apartment building. You can use the free parking under the building, but it is very crowded during the day. Apartment a bit small for four people, but perfect for a couple

El anfitrión muy atento en todo momento El alojamiento está muy céntrico, al lado de supermercados, tren a menos de 5 minutos andando, la verdad k muy muy muy recomendable. Cuando volvamos no dudaremos en repetir en el mismo alojamiento.

Nous devions avoir les clés à 18h mais la femme de ménage venais d'arriver et ne nous a pas laissé rentrer. Le code ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas. La caution est donnée sans pouvoir faire l'état des lieues .... Personne pour vous accueillir ni aucun descriptif ou liste à notre disposition.

Verblijf voor Disneyland en Parijs

Een hele goede locatie voor Disneyland (10 minuten met RER) maar ook voor bezoek aan Parijs.(Binnen het uur ben je in het centrum) De foto's zijn realistisch, appartement met veel licht en alles wat je nodig kan hebben. De instructies van de eigenaar waren duidelijk en handig. Communicatie verliep vlot. Wij waren hier met ons gezin met oudere kinderen en zouden dit zeker aanbevelen.

Ondanks een slechte start toch fijn verblijf voor een weekendje Disneyland/Parijs

Het was in de buurt van het openbaar vervoer en Disneyland. De studio was net goed voor ons gezin van 3.

Dag van aankomst vond ik zeer stressvol. We konden niet in de studio omdat de borg niet binnen zou zijn. Het wordt bij boeking niet duidelijk aangegeven dat er überhaupt een borg moet worden betaald. Heb onderweg naar de accommodatie tot 3x toe mijn creditcard gegevens ingevuld. We stonden dus buiten te wachten met een kleuter, zeker niet ideaal. Uiteindelijk na heel veel stress en heen en weer bellen mochten we eindelijk in de studio.

Buena opción si vas a visitar Eurodisney.

Ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos andando de la estación de tren. Hay varios supermercados y 2 panaderías cerca. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, y el anfitrión fue muy atento en todo momento. Visitamos Eurodisney, y en tren llegas en 10 minutos.

Todo fue según lo esperado.

Top Lage! Disneyland in der Nähe, RER Station 5 Min. entfernt. Ideal zum Paris erkunden. Lebendiges Quartier mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants. etc. Wohnung klein, aber fein. Sehr sauber.

Etwas klein für 4 Personen, aber als Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen. Klappbett nicht sehr bequem.

주방이 넓어서 요리 이것저것 하기 좋았어요! 3박 4일 머무르는동안 아침,저녁 열심히 해 먹었어요 숙소 맞은편에 쿱이 있어요 진짜 너무 좋아요 아침 8시반~밤9시까지해서 정말 편리했고요 RER역도 정~말~가까워서 디즈니랜드 놀다가 집와서 1시간 쉬고 밥먹고 다시가서 놀고 그랬어요 차를 갖고 오는 분들도 좋아요 보안 잘 되는 주차장 있고 호실 지정자리 있어서 주차 걱정 안하셔도 되요(첫날만 차 사용) 라발레 빌리지와 13분거리였어요! 온수 넘 잘나오고 세탁기도 잘 되었어요 숙소가 보안이 철저해서 안전함을 느꼈어요 숙소 전체적으로 깨끗하고, 따뜻하고, 편안했어요~

체크인이 좀 늦어서 차를 렌트해서 놀다 들어올 수 밖에 없었어요ㅜ.ㅜ 세탁기 조작이 어려웠고 단점이 별로 없어요 이런 자잘한거 뿐이네요 ㅋㅋ 아 참고사항은 예약하면 호스트가 연락이 와서 보증금 결제 이야기를 하는데 피싱인줄알고 의심했던것 같네요 그러다 다른 숙소 예약할때는 가짜 부킹닷컴 들어가서 카드 번호를 쓰는 바람에 피싱 당해서 카드 하나 정지했어요 조심하세요 여러분
