Quite and comfortable.

Quite, safe and comfortable area. Appartment fair equipped for a short stay (1 week). The mini GYM is a plus with the basic equipment needed.

The cross to access the facilities from the main road RD 215 is a little bit tricky. Specially during the night and coming from Champeaux direction.

Had not received the access code to the property so could not get in the property. I called the stated tel number and got an automatic responder. Had to climb the fence to get in and find someone to give me the key to the appartment. TV was not working

Chose the place due to it been a short drive to Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte. Well-equipped kitchenette. Beautiful outdoor area.

Not able to turn off the Light in the hallway, which kept turning on due to the motion sensor. This happened even when seated in the living room. No toilet paper in restroom.

Once the codes were provided, easy in and out of the complex.

The code wasnt provided until I made the deposit payment, which I thought was to be made at reception (there was no reception desk). So I had to do the deposit while sitting in my car via mobile.

La couette hyper fine. La housse pas repassée ni les housses des oreillers et le draps housse. Cela faisait négligé et pas envie de se coucher dans ce lit. L était intérieur des oreillers. Pas top. Dans la cuisine : l état de toutes les casseroles, le fond sale et abîmé. J ai du lavé une poêle qui était rangé pleine de graisse. Vraiment deguelasse. Toute la vaisselle ainsi. Peu de couverts disponibles car tout avait été laissé sur l évier dans un rac mélangé avec les spatules. Cela sentait les égouts si je puis dire lorsque nous sommes arrivés, surtout dans les toilettes…

Personne ne répond au téléphone. Les instructions d’arrivée arrive trop tard. Mal chauffé, courant d’air sous la porte, matelas du sofa très taché, fourre de la couette élimée et déchirée, savonnière dans un état avancé de détérioration, tache de savon contre les parois de douche, charnières de porte d’armoire cassées, joints de la salle de bains manquants ou noirs, douchette très très entratrées et cadres de fenêtres très sales, porte d’entrée se bloque parce qu’elle touche le sol, etc…

Juste l'emplacement qui est super!

Le chauffage est éteint toute la journée, nous avons eu froid tout le temps. Les contours des fenêtres et portes sont mal isolé et il y a de la moisissure. Pas d'aspirateur ni de seau et serpillière. Les couvertures sont pleines de tâches. On s'enfonce que ce soit dans le lit ou dans le canapé, ce n'était absolument pas confortable. Nous avons du harceler Madame Noëmie pour avoir les codes d'entrée, qui ne nous ont pas été transmis avant notre arrivée, résultat nous avons attendu 10 minutes devant le portail. Et pour finir 2 personnes qui souhaitait obtenir leurs clés sont venues toquer à notre porte car elles n'arrivaient pas à joindre l'hôte. Nous leurs avons donc conseiller d'insister.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung war dreckig und der Gastgeber unzuverlässig.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das war aber auch schon fast alles.

Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war grauenhaft. Schon zu Beginn gab es Schwierigkeiten, da nicht deutlich die Notwendigkeit einer vorab zu überweisenden Kaution kommuniziert wurde. Das führte dazu, dass wir bei Anreise über eine Stunde in der Hitze mit zwei Kindern warten mussten, bis die Missverständnisse telefonische und per Email mit dem Gastgeber geklärt werden konnten. Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort und auch keinen der angegebenen Services bzgl. LEbensmittel o.ä. Die Wohnung war dreckig, das Badezmmer schimmelig. Auch die Küchenutensilien waren ohne vorheriges sauber machen nicht nutzbar. Die Waschmaschine, die nicht wie beschrieben in der Wohnung war, war ebenfalls dreckig und in einem sehr kleinen überfüllten Raum untergebracht. Auch diesmal war der Gastgeber kaum zu erreichen. Unsere Tochter hatte die ersten Tage keine Bettdeckee, da diese schlichtweg vergessen wurde und der Gastgeber nicht reagierte. Auch sonstige Kontaktvesuche wurden ignoriert. Eine versprochene Teilerstattung aufgrund der Zustände des Appartements blieb bis heute aus.

Le cadre très agréable avec un beau jardin

Le site de réservation dit : une personne vous attendra sur place pour votre arrivée... résultat : boîte à clefs et instructions par sms. Cafetière et théière ne fonctionne pas... pas de proposition de remplacement. Pas de produits de salle de bain à dispo comme prévu sur le site. Nous aurions aimé manger dans le jardin mais il aurait fallu que nous fassions le nettoyage des table et chaises au préalable... La propreté n'est au top les vitres et fenêtres étaient sales. Dans le placard 2 cintres seulement. Et les étagères sont occupées par des oreillers tachés. Et un seul crochet pour étendre les serviettes dans la salle de bains.... dommage !!! Un problème de serviettes a été réglé mais c'est insuffisant sur l'ensemble. Une présence humaine est indispensable. C'était notre choix de réservation mais l'annonce est fausse.

Lit mezzanine trop chaud en hauteur...dommage qu ils n ont pas prévu d extracteur d air.... Heureusement qu un ventilateur a été mis à notre disposition, car nous n aurions pas dormi les deux nuits réservées. Canapé défoncé. Dommage Douche bouchée....Dommage

Résidence tranquille et agréable dotée d’un grand jardin. Belle décoration des espaces. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

À mon arrivée mon logement n’était pas nettoyé,draps et serviettes sales , de la nourriture sur le plan de travail et dans le frigidaire, les toilettes sales , la poubelle pleine.. on m’a proposé un autre logement pour une nuit en attendant de nettoyer le mien .. de plus des voisins bruyants jusqu’à 1h du matin, quand ont est là pour le travail c’est pas top ..

Réservé pour mes parents, ils ont adorés l’emplacement et le charme des alentours.

Mes parents auraient aimé savoir à l’avance quelles capsules de café emporter avec eux, ils sont arrivés tard et les supermarchés étaient fermés. Ils étaient en PLS le lendemain matin de ne pas pouvoir boire de café (ils ont pris deux sortes de capsules différentes mais pas compatibles). Je pense que ça pourrait être sympa de rajouter la marque de la cafetière dans l’annonce ;)

le site et les extérieurs sont vraiment très bien.

Le logement est très joli mais les équipements sont déplorables. Il s'agit d'un bien proposé pour 6 personnes (4 adultes et 2 enfants) Le canapé convertible, lit d'appoint , est défoncé et ne permet pas, même aux enfants, de dormir confortablement. La télé met entre 15 et 20 mn à se mettre en route. Du coup pour les infos de 20h00 ou autre, faut s'y prendre à l'avance et ne pas l'éteindre...c'est très médiéval comme concept..😭 Les équipements de la cuisine.... les couteaux sont en mousse..😂😂, le micro onde qui fait un bruit de micro onde mais qui ne fonctionne pas comme un micro onde mais plutôt comme un objet inutile.., pas de produit vaisselle donc, en bon écolo, on lave à l'eau claire...🤔😂😭 la salle de bain WC: Pour 6 personnes et deux jours nous avons eu droit à 2 rouleaux de papier toilette...c'est royal. on avait quand même une serviette chacun...il faut le souligner...! 4 chaises pour 6 c'est top comme ça les deux qui sont debout vont pouvoir regarder la télé dans 20 minutes.. en s'asseyant sur un lit convertible destroy en espérant ne pas avoir des problèmes intestinaux qui ruineraient l'économie substantielle de papier hygiénique...😂 Et le tout dans une odeur d'égout persistante qui émane de l'évier et qui remonte à chaque utilisation du robinet. Bref, excepté le cadre fort sympathique, à oublier.....

Es war OK aufgrund der schönen Lage, würden das Appartement Capucine aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Privatparkplatz auf dem Gelände, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert per Tresor, schöner Garten, sehr ruhig.

Die Küchenausstattung war schlecht, kein Geschirrspüler, ein uraltes Schwämmchen und Geschirrtuch lagen bereit. Die Handtücher im Bad könnten auch langsam ausgewechselt werden. Die Ausstattung war auf keinen Fall 300,- € Kaution wert! Was dringend repariert werden sollte ist der Kloabfluss, unter dem eine Tropfschüssel stand, die dementsprechend durch die ganze Wohnung riecht. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber.
