I've stayed in much better Ibis, in this one I had a quite small room and a small bathroom. Poor soundproofing, I could distinctly here phones ringing in other bedrooms. Service people were nice.

Appauling service from Xpedia. Cancelled one out of 4 rooms online. When arrived at hotel they hadn't had the cancellation., Told l had to ring xpedia which l did, then spent 30 mins. on my mobile phone only to be told l had to call xpedia uk, although the hotel gave me the wrong number. I then spent another 30 mins on my mobile phone. They cancelled the room, then told me to hold on as they hadn/t although l was standing at the reception where they had already rece'd the cancellation email. Terrible from expedia!!!
