A quirky but comfortable stay with warm and generous hosts!

An interesting and unique architectural design, a very warm welcome from hosts Emma and Franck, a cosy room, with en suite and a generous continental breakfast. Good value for money.

A nice stay in Melun

Everything, very friendly owner couldn't do enough for us. Bike storage in garage, good breakfast and close to restaurant.

This was a convenient place to stay close to Paris, Fontainebleau and Vaux-le-Vicomte.

The breakfast was plentiful and included fresh fruit. We sat with other guests and our host sat with us and facilitated the conversation.

The room was dark and a bit cramped, but we were happy to have air conditioning in the midst of a heat wave.

Lovely stay at a friendly and welcoming house ☺️

It was 7 minutes walk from the house to the train station and 25/30 minutes on the train to Paris! The house was lovely and the room was spacious and we were greeted by really friendly and welcoming hosts. We were even given extra space to accommodate the dog. Thank you so much 😊

Very pleasent stay. Nice room, lovely continental breakfast. Frank let us park our motorbikes in his garage. He was a very good host. Fairly close to train station.

location of property was a short walk to train station with a direct train into Paris, lovely forest nearby and food outlets. older property with lots of personality and great hosts, the bed in the purple room was the comfiest I have ever slept in! great location in general for exploring and easy accessible by car

Staff were very friendly and accommodating is a good place to stay for one night.

The breakfast was good and fresh. The owner was very friendly. As we stayed for the night so the location was fine.

Good value and comfortable on the outskirts of town

The location was on a main road exiting the town, but it was quiet. The offsite parking was useful and the owners were very helpful and friendly. Our room was small and on the top floor but as we had booked at the last minute, comfortable. The towels were the best we had had on the trip so far! Emma made us feel welcome, and helped with getting our luggage up the stairs even though she was smaller than both of us!

The separate toilet down the hall was daunting at first, but as it is private to your room and big and comfortable, it worked out well.

Fantastic place to stay

Frank and Emma are both friendly and replied to WhatsApp message while they were away from Home stay. Great starting point for walking along the Sienn and forest.

If I had to choose one thing it would be breakfast, maybe I was too early though.

If you want to visit Vaux-le-Vicomte or Fontainebleue, this is a very good and affordable option.

Breakfast was great; plenty of options and an offer to cook something fresh should we desire. The husband and wife team that run this place do a more than adequate job of making everybody feel at home.

Not much to criticize. Maybe offer different types of bedding should the guest desire such as thinner sheets or smaller pillows.

Perfect place nearby Fontainebleau

This house is very unique as if you stay in a castle! The owner, Emma, is very friendly and you can contact her easily if you have things to ask. If you like to try Indonesian food, it is not a bad idea to have dinner in her home stay, she can cook very well. The room that we got was not very spacious but that was enough for us and we have all what we need for a night. What very important is: the room and bathroom are clean! :-) They have enough parking place and you don't have to pay extra for that. Breakfast is included and it will be a good start for your day.

Great location if visiting Paris and you don’t want to drive into the city. Parking is safe and secure, and the train station is a short walk away where you can catch the express train into Paris that takes only 30 minutes. The train was approximately 16 Euro round trip. That includes Metro once you get there to your destination.

Wonderful apartment, great location, perfect hosts and very clean and comfy.

Absolutely fantastic stay here, we loved it. The service was great and we had such a friendly welcome. Perfect in the apartment for us and our three children. Thank you very much.
