Comfortable, clean and good location.

Location to main roads.

The one member of staff told us the restaurant was not open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday! And that she could not offer a bar snack. It was only when we pointed out to her on the web it said the bar snacks were available every day and another lady appeared who was very helpful and gave us a menu to choose from.

The big plus always is the Ibis breakfast. Not only is the range and quality of food excellent but it is available from early in the morning.

It's on the outskirts of town so is hard to get to if you don't have a car.

PLEASE allow your customers to havehave différent options of payments

Mainly everything was perfect until… you are not allowed to pay by cash… as I had to travel for business I was given cash to pay for my accommodation, which was a pain and I had to use my personal card to make the online payment. Not happy with the strict verdict of the payments options - when it comes to payments… there should be 24/7 access to pay with cash i.e. cards or on line… Please do something about it and comfort your tired and overworked customers to make a “fast payment” and go to bed. Wasn’t that’s the reason the hotels where invented???… …very upset..

Over all not bad as a hotel apart from the payments systems… no cash payment allowed…. crap …

We only needed a comfortable room for the night. It was just what we required.

Our room was small but clean, practical, modern and not pretentious. Great for a one night visit after dinner elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good.

Food was OK although very limited menu

Room was tiny (photo on website misleading). Asked for double bed only 2 singles. Bed exceedingly uncomfortable. Staff not particualalrly helpful

Small rooms but well designed. Very contemporary decor. Nice continental breakfast. The staff were most helpful with storing our bicycles.

Toilet paper setup was weird. Very difficult to get to.

The hotel is very basic, it would be nice to have more facilities and can add few pounds.

We like the air conditioner that keep up us cool. Local transport is near by and the hotel was clean and was quite.

Breakfast times were not explained properly. We were told breakfast finish at 11.00 am. Monday at 10.00 the counter was all cleared up and cleaned out. We had to boil our eggs and not enough water in the steamer at the time.

bad experience

small and uncomfortable beds. Awfully hot showers. Unpleasant and amateur staff. The croque monsieur seemed to have been done a week ago, and was microwaved. 28 euros for two like that. ! I'd rather give my daughters a Snicker for dinner. Really, because I had no choice but to sleep in Melun. I am a very usual guest at most of the Accor hotels, and this IBIS was really the worst in many years.
