Good option if you go to Parcs des expositions

Host Teresa was very responsive and kind.

Kitchen could have the basics: salt, pepper, olive oil and even though I always turned on the extractor to the max when I cooked, everything smells since it is a si for space and I guess extractor is not strong enough.

Close to the RER

It is basic but has everything that is necessary. Very close to the RER, great. It has access to a garden, nice when it is warm outside.

The appartment was cleaned with chlorine and a terrible chemical smell was present the whole time we were there, even in the bed. No washing machine. Plastic cover in the bed under the sheets, very uncomfortable.

Not a good experience

Close to train station

Right between railway train and road, had to keep windows and blinds shut to minimise railway noise and view inside. Constant noise of boiler in studio flat was irritating. On our first night, we smelled gas from boiler, and had to leave windows open. It was fixed by plumber the next day but we were told there was nothing wrong. When asked for extra blanket, we were told we would be charged. We stayed in accommodations in the past with much better facilities and attention to details by owner, something that was lacked in this one. I wouldn't book this accommodation again.

Very clean apartment and the hostess Theresa was very kind and helpful.

The apartment was very clean, and the host was kind and helpful, providing everything we needed. There was no air conditioning, only a fan (it wasn’t necessary during our stay, but it might be in summer — we’re not sure about Paris temperatures). The location was convenient, close to a pharmacy, supermarket, and train station, and the area felt very safe.

Extremely clean, perfect location, very good value for money

Large dining room, comfortable bedrooms, very clean, well-equipped. Excellent location very close to the train station. Good choice of shops, bakeries, and cafes nearby.

For the long stay, the dishwasher and washing machine are needed.

A place that meets traveller's needs

It was a nice and quite spacious studio (much more than you would expect in Paris centre). The area felt safe, a convenient location of just a few minute walk from the station (20-30 minutes to Notre Dame or Louvre). Grocery and other services nearby. The host was welcoming and explained how to get to the appartment using the codes and the keys. We also had a parking space in the backyard. This place met our needs - it was easy to travel with a car if we wanted to go outside Paris, and use train to visit Paris.

We really liked the place. Maybe, a washing machine would be a nice addition. It should be noted that the house is just near the railway, so you have to like or at least have nothing against the sound of the passing trains (this was not an issue for us at all).

Great apartment, centrally located near Paris

Perfect location in Aulnay, lovely village with a great Thai restaurant at the main square. Many more restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. 2 minutes from RER B so a great connection to Paris Centre or Parc des Exposition. 15 minutes to Gare du Nord. The owner is really nice and helpful. Great convenient apartment.

Clean room, all of the facilities, great location if you want to get to Exhibition Centre quickly

The location was excellent. I've come to Paris to visit Japan Expo, and getting there from the apartment was very easy since it's near the train station, where you can catch a train that goes directly to the Paris Exhibition Centre. The room facilities were in excellent condition. There was a capsule coffeemaker, with a week-long stockpile of capsules, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, an electric kettle, and an oven with a cooking hob. The bed was large and very comfy, and the recliner on the sofa was very helpful after a long day full of walking :)

Train noise was quite noticeable, but that is expected if you look at the apartment location. Bring earplugs with you, or you'll be waking up quite early from the morning trains coming by.

We only stayed for two nights and this location was suitable for our purposes, short walk to the train station and clean

Clean and comfortable apartment, very short distance from the train station and a fabulous host and very informative and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike for a short stay. However we are not used to hear the trains passing where we live! So the closeness to the train station was both an advantage and a disadvantage.

the host was super approachable and explained everything in advance. also the apartment had everything we needed and quite secure also the private parking was nice and secure.

the internet connection was not good enough, although I guess it’s not very important when you are visiting for a day or two but it was not good enough to do office work let’s say.

I liked the seamless checkin/ checkout and Theresa’s clear explanations. Comfortable stay and 3 min walk to the railway station and 15 mins away from Parc Des expositions which was very convenient.

lovely, well equipped apartment

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The owners are very nice and accommodating, they even provided us with fresh croissants in the morning when we said we had to leave early. it’s very close to the airport and the RER is only 2 minutes away for a short trip into Paris. this is a perfect location if you have a car but still want to enjoy Paris!

Superb

The apartment was new, well organized and really clean. We didn't met the manager in person but communication was perfect by messages. We apreciate also that it is really close to the Metro (Rer) and the safe inside parking for our car. The train pass quite close to the window but for us this was not a problem. Very good compared with Paris prices and offer.

Very good

The location was perfect for us, we were exhibiting at the Maison & Objet show at the Place des Expositions which was only 3 stops on the RER train. The train station was a short walk away. There was a pleasant road past the train station with shops, restaurants etc. 3 bakeries for croissants in the mornings all nearby. The studio room was clean and big enough for us, with a table, good sized kitchenette, and a sofa, etc. Nice, super clean and good sized bathroom. Gated property with private parking.

The only thing, and that is actually a big thing if you are a light sleeper, was the proximity of the trainlines. The train lines are literally just a few meters away. But the windows close very tightly and are quite sound proof.
