The property had everything needed for a short trip. It is 10 min walk from the train station with regular trains from Central Paris. We have a Corner Shop which is open till late and we can get basics like Water, Bread, eggs there. And the Carrefour is just a few minutes away for additional shopping. The checkin and checkout process was smooth. The apartment is on 4th floor but there is an elevator so it is fine.

Not really a remark on the property but our visit coincided with the massive heat wave that hit Europe. So the fan provided was not sufficient for us. We can keep the windows open but the sunlight wouldn't let you sleep in the early hours.

Nice and clean

Wi-Fi was an issue. And it would’ve been great for them to have left a few complimentary items such as sugar, coffee and milk

The security steps to enter the premises were multi-factoree, necessary, and impressive. The team has done an impeccable job at securing their investment. The apartment is exceptionally clean, well laid out, and provides everything one needs for a short or extended stay. The location is amazingly close to the airport (14€ bolt/16minutes) but further away from the downtown core. However, the neighborhood has a multicultural variety of shops nearby adding to the charm of suburban Paris. Included in the rental is a full kitchen to include oven, stove top, and a variety of useful and required utensils. The on-site laundry machine and well equipped bathroom made the stay feel like home. A nice touch is the guest profile on Netflix, which saved time and effort.

Posizione ottima. Tranquillissimo in una via sicura. Ottima sicurezza della struttura. Parcheggio sotterraneo interno molto comodo. Host gentile.

Pulizia da migliorare. Apparentemente sembra pulita ma purtroppo dopo un po’ si notano delle pecche: forno sporco, ventola in bagno impolverata (tanto tanto), stipetti della cucina con macchie di liquido colato. La cosa peggiore però è il terribile odore di fogna proveniente persistentemente dal bagno: ho contattato l’host che mi ha detto che sarebbe intervenuto un tecnico per il problema dell’odore e ma ha fatto intervenire la donna delle pulizie che ha provato a tamponare momentaneamente la situazione con bicarbonato e aceto, lei stessa ha detto che il problema non si sarebbe risolto se non con l’ausilio di un idraulico.
