Theresa is very nice and helpfull The appartment is ok and clase to the station. To go to Asterix and Obelix by car is 20 min and 35 min by train to París and versión easy to get there

Wonderful home away from home

The apartment was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for making dinners and breakfasts. Comfy bed, nice sofa to watch TV for a relaxing evening. The hostess was fantastic. She gave us tons of great advice for which places in Paris to drive to and which to take the metro. She had a long list of questions and gave a lot of information. And she indicated to me that she herself as a traveler likes as much information as possible and I really appreciate that she goes to the effort to give that back to travelers who come through. It's absolutely better having more information! The location is great for catching the train it's a couple minutes walk and there are tons of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The parking was very secure for our rental car. We loved having a washer that spins dry, meaning we could have our clothes hung out to dry for only a couple hours. We were able to relax here and felt very at home. We stayed 4 nights at the end of a 6 week trip and it was so wonderful that we could rest before flying back to the states, even though we ran around Paris all day, relaxing evenings were perfect.

We liked everything, the only thing that I can say is our shower drain clogged but I let them know and it was fixed that day. We also would have liked screens in the windows but that's not really a thing in Europe so it's understandable.

My Aulnay-sous-bois holiday

The apartment was very clean and neat. We had more than enough supply of towels. The Host (Theresa) is very kind, gave us a warm welcome, provided kitchen wear and gives the best tour ever and tips of things to do, places to go for family fun. I also like the fact that children had trampoline to play with. Great communication and didn't hesitate to provide assistance every time that was needed. Elle est superbe comme disent les Français. Merci infiniment, je recommende l'apart avec 👏👏👏👏

Nothing really maybe stay on the ground floor next time if possible. Thanks

Pour mieux comprendre le fonctionnement du micro ondes un petit tutoriel pourrait être utile - Par ailleurs le réfrigérateur de mon appartement ne fonctionnait pas bien - L’entrée du parking mériterait d’être mieux signalée pour éviter que des voitures stationnent devant la grille et empêchent d’entrer

mauvais traitements dégoûtants envers le propriétaire ou l'hôte, quel qu'il soit, est un animal

C'était horrible le deuxième jour de mon départ… Je suis arrivée fatiguée avec ma petite sœur. Ce jour-là, ils m'ont envoyé quatre hommes noirs imposants pour me menacer et m'intimider, me faisant passer pour une organisation. Ils m'ont traitée de prostituée et ont même crié sur ma petite sœur. Je lui ai demandé une somme énorme pour ce mauvais moment, mais elle n'a rien dit, elle était très gentille. J'ai eu peur, j'ai vécu une expérience horrible, ce qui n'arrive jamais à personne, surtout à une femme. Sans hésiter, ces gorilles que le propriétaire avait envoyés pour m'intimider m'ont écrasée. Je ne sais pas quelle était leur intention, mais la pire expérience, c'est que je fais des allers-retours en France.

Manque de calme pour une période de concours.

Très proche de la gare. Propriétaire très aimable et attentive.

Isolation entre les étages très mauvaises et voisins du dessus trop bruyants. Location pour des concours à Villepinte et les enfants au dessus vraiment bruyants (par manque d Isolation entre les étages, pas par leur faute) jusqu'à 22h. Réfrigérateur (près du canapé lit) très bruyant, impossible de dormir sans boules quies.

Huis was heel schoon Voldoende licht en daglicht Iedere kamer heeft een plafond ventilatie Twee losse ventilatoren Badkamer voldoende handdoeken Zeep aanwezig Douche gel aanwezig Voldoende wc papier Goede schone Douche Voldoende pannen om te koken Wasmiddel en zout aanwezig Ronde eettafel met 4 stoelen Ramen hebben shutters die je handmatig kunt bedienen fijn voor de nachtrust en om raam toch open te laten Stoffer en blik aanwezig Aankomst alles goed uitgelegd Privé beschermd parkeerterrein Entree is dubbel beveiligd met code de deuren gaan automatisch opendeed veilig gevoel Mooi gebouw Trein heel dichtbij Omgeving erg rustig en overdag gevoel van veiligheid zeer aanwezig uitzicht van woonkamer ook prettig Aardige buren Waterkoker koffiezetapparaat aanwezig met thee koffie en suiker Bakker supermarkt heel dichtbij met goede koffie Café ook dichtbij

De koelkast was niet aangesloten en het lukte ons niet om hem goed te laten functioneren Het was erg warm weer en we kregen de woning niet gekoeld ondanks alle hulpmiddelen Bed kraakte en verschoof Woning heel klein voor gezin Meer voor zakelijke overnachtingen dan als vakantiewoning of met twee personen Koelkast maakt geluid zoals het hoort maar is storend naast slaapbank Op foto's lijkt de woning groot maar het is een kleine woonkamer met slaapbank koelkast keuken en eettafel en ern aparte badkamer en wel een ruime slaapkamer helaas is kast van metaal Keuken mist vaatdoek en ovenwant Als raam open staat is het met kleine kinderen niet goed beveiligd Ik vind het een zakelijke woning dus als je voor werk reist of twee personen en je wilt gratis en veilig parkeren zeker aan te raden Woning is oud dus erg gehorig ook als bezoeker dien jezelf rustig te zijn Qua foto's en werkelijke grote komt het niet overeen. Ik vond de prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet evenredig. En dan spreek ik uit ruime ervaring voor Parijs Avond vind ik het persoonlijk niet erg veilig vanuit treinstation Moeilijk schoon te houden omdat Stoffer en blik niet met steel zijn dus je moet vask bukken voor 5 nachten was dat te veel werk

Agréable

J'ai occupé le logement pour 17 jours dans le cadre de mon travail, je pense en être bon juge. Il est situé dans un environnement calme, le RER à côté n'est pas gênant, en effet la proximité de la gare était un choix 5min à pied du RER B gare Aulnay sous bois. On vous accompagne tout au long du processus, Sofie était arrivé avant moi pour m'éviter l'attente sous la pluie, m'a attendu et m'a même aidé pour mes affaires. J'étais agréablement surpris de voir que le logement dispose de toutes les commodités dont j'avais besoin, cuisine full-équipée, salle de bain, bien que petite mais dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin, chambre à coucher avec sofa et TV netflix wifi.. Vu la durée de mon séjour, ils m'ont offert un nettoyage de l'appartement et changement de draps/serviettes après 10j de location. Thérèsa et Sofie ont été aimables et serviables depuis mon arrivée et jusqu'à mon départ, joignable à tout moment, cherchant toujours à satisfaire leur client. J'ai aimé mon séjour là bas, très bon rapport qualité-prix, si vous êtes de passage pour un vol à CDG ou un voyage d'affaire pour quelques jours dans le coin, c'est le logement idéal.

Rien du tout. Proposition: petite table pour manger devant la télé, petite table de chevet, accroche habits/serviette au niveau de la salle de bain.
