The apartment was reasonably priced for 4 people and 4 days, cleanliness is a basic expectation for any rental. The lack of it made the stay uncomfortable and quite disappointing. It didn't look anything like the picture shown on booking.com

Smerig, stinkend & slecht onderhouden. Bakken met rottende etensresten in kastSchimmel in badkamer.

Prima locatie als uitvalsbasis. Niks spectaculairs, maar ook geen teleurstelling.

Totale tegenvaller! Smerig, vies en stinkend! Direct bij aankomst melding gedaan van extreme stank en geen smaaksmaak: vuile keuken, vloer. En die stank. De daar op volgende dagen herhaaldelijk geklaagd, echter geen actie vanuit de verhuurder. Uiteindelijk na 5 dagen bakken met rottend eten gevonden in 1 van de kasten! zelfs toen nog een dag moeten wachten op schoonmaak. Er kon geen excuses vanaf. Na verschillende keren in het zelfde appartement van de zelfde verhuurder op de hoger gelegen etage gebleven te hebben, was dit appartement 1 grote teleurstelling: slecht bed/beddengoed ( te klein waardoor de lakens snachts loskwamen). De bank was niet op te zitten, de vering stak door de stof. Voor ene verblijf van een week waren er 2 kleine handdoekjes, geen toiletpapier. schimmel op verschillende plaatsen in de badkamer.

Największym plusem obiektu był parking (na terenie ogrodzonym i zamkniętym, pod kamerami). Drugi plus to cicha i spokojna okolica. Trzecia rzecz to położenie (20 minut spacerem lub 7 minut autobusem 616 do linii metra RER B), a dojazd do Paryża ( pod katedrę Notre Dame) zajmował około 40 minut. Mieszkanie wyposażone w pralkę, suszarkę a w kuchni wszystko co potrzebne do przyrządzenia posiłków.

Apartament przeznaczony dla 4 osób ale dwie muszą spać na rozkładanych łóżkach (polówkach). Łóżka samemu trzeba rozstawić i pościelić. O ile pościel w sypialni była rozłożona i czysta to do rozkładanych brakowało poszewek i prześcieradeł. Po kontakcie z właścicielem otrzymaliśmy tylko dwa prześcieradła (niestety wyglądały na używane i z pewnością nie były prane) i dwa duże ręczniki, których również brakowało. Ostatecznie rozstawiliśmy tylko jedną polówkę obok łóżka w sypialni robiąc małe przemeblowanie , na którym spało jedno dziecko. Z drugim dzieckiem spaliśmy we 3. Lepszym rozwiązaniem byłaby wymiana nierozkładanej kanapy w salonie na sofę przystosowana do spania. Brakowało nam wi-fi oraz mydła i żelu pod prysznic co raczej powinno być standardem w takiego typu apartamentach.

Apartament dla rodziny 2+2 godny polecenia, lokalizacja genialna i kontakt z właścicielem błyskawiczny

Było bardzo czysto i przestrzennie. Czułam się jak w domu. Wszystko, co było mi potrzebne, było zapewnione, wiatrak, telewizor, wi-fi, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, mikrofala, lodówka z zamrażarką, płyta do gotowania, piekarnik, czajnik elektryczny , talerze, szklanki, sztućce, garnki i patelnie. Kontakt z właścicielem niesamowicie szybki i profesjonalny. Pomocny w każdym temacie. Polecę każdemu znajomemu, który planuje wyjazd do Francji i na pewno tam wrócę z rodziną. Lokalizacja zapisana do ulubionych. 24h monitoringu na zaparkowany samochód to kolejny wielki plus.

Париж прекрасен!

Четкие инструкции по заезду! Два дня выходных у нас не было заявленного интернета, но хозяйка квартиры на третий день все же решила этот вопрос… Наличие закрытой парковки как и автоматические замки самой квартиры! Апартаменты находятся на очень красивой улице с алеей платанов с двух сторон. Очень близко пекарня, которая открыта с 6.30 - можно выпить утренний кофе с теплым круассаном!

Не то что бы эти вопросы были принципиальным замечанием, но все же удивительно выглядел тот факт, что в квартире ( Париж, Франция) отсутствуют винные бокалы и штопор - отметить приезд с Бордо пришлось наливать его в какие то коктейльные бокалы )))) Грязный общий подъезд с грустью встречает гостей в квартиру, перенося это состояние ощущения грязи и в саму квартиру…

Emplacement et installations de bon niveau. Mais ce n’est pas le cas pour le service qui est un peu long à réagir.

Emplacement pratique proche de Villepinte. Équipement de bon niveau.

Serrure à code qui s’est bloquée pendant 24h. Délais de service trop longs (ménage, réparation des problèmes de serrure, remplacement des ampoules grillées).

- Il faut descendre de la voiture pour faire le code pour ouvrir le portail et pareil en ressortant - Etage sans ascenseur - Chauffe eau rempli de calcaire et pas nettoyé. - Gel douche offert serait appréciable

Les 2 lits d'appoint n'ont pas servi Nous avons déposé les matelas au sol. Les sommiers étaient fragiles et peu confortables. Le logement est spacieux, ça n'a pas posé de problème

résidence et parking sécurisés, accès de l'entrée dans la résidence à l'appartement par des codes ce qui permet d'arriver à l'heure que l'on souhaite, appartement relativement bien équipé, ce qui pour une nuit avec une arrivée tardive nous a amplement convenu. Le propriétaire n'étant pas présent, il nous avait communiqué toutes les informations précises et détaillées pour y accéder.

Contrairement au lit double, les 2 lits pliants ne sont plus super confortables et les enfants n'y ont pas très bien dormi, il manquait d’ailleurs un drap housse, les couettes et draps ne sentaient pas vraiment la lessive et malheureusement une odeur de tabac froid sentait dans l'appartement. C'est difficilement percevable sur les photos de présentation mais le propriétaire, que j'ai prévenu, fait intervenir une société d'entretien et leur fera passer le message j'imagine...
