Cozy and nice experience in the outskirts of Paris.

It was perfect! The place is ideal if you are travelling with your family/partner and would like more space than it's often available in Paris for such an unfair price. Besides, the host was always reachable, nice, and sweet. If I come back to Paris, I will certainly stay there again!

Kind host and excellent location.

The host was very kind and accommodating, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. She checked in with us regularly and was always available to assist with anything we needed. She even provided us with water and fans, treating us like family. The location offered great access to the city center and Disney. Additionally, we discovered some local culinary gems, particularly pastry shops, which were a highlight of our visit.

The place was unseasonably hot due to a combination of the heatwave and the wooden structure. However, the host took the time to spray the roof and walls with water several times throughout the day to help cool the space down.

Perfect location and great price.

Perfect location. The owner is such an amazing lady, she was always available to help and the apartment is so clean and safe. I and my family really had a great time at the apartment as it was a family summer vacation. The apartment is suitable for a family of four. It’s only one tram to Saint Denis to connect to Eiffel Tower. Restaurants and shops are located around the apartment.

Beautiful cozy house, great host, free road parking

The house was beautiful and cozy. It has a free road parking that really helped. The host was very polite and responsive to our questions.

The location is very far from the key attractions like Eiffel tower. Needed around 1 to 1.5 hrs travel time to city centre which is a waste of time specially if you are on a short trip.

escalier pour monter à l'étage dangereux promiscuité avec les propriétaires, des fenêtres du logement donne dans leur jardin logement exigu pour 3 personnes il y a des effets personnels partout dans le jardin le quartier n'est pas très sympathique, on ne peut pas trop y faire un tour! La place de parking n'est pas à l'intérieur du logement mais sur le trottoir devant la maison le canapé est vieux et inconfortable

Einmal geht's

Sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus reserviert. Die Adresse ist mit Navigation leicht zu finden, man braucht nicht im Pariser Vorortsverkehr viel rumzufahren. Mit Straßenbahn und U-Bahn ist man in 1 Stunde in der Stadt. Fahrplan einfach beim Google Map Öffentliche Verkehr. Wiederaufladbare Tickets beim Automaten gekauft. Cc.17 Euro pro person hin und zurück.

Das Bild mit dem Fluss in der Beschreibung ist täuschend, denn es gibt den Eindruck, dass der Fluss ganz in der Nähe sei oder sogar man eine Aussicht darauf hätte. Sollte runtergenommen werden. Parkplatz am Straßenrand sehr klein. Mit meinem Fiesta passte ich kaum rein. Den Koffer nur mit viel Mühe raus und reinbekommen. Ein teueres Auto würde ich da nicht stehen lassen. Wir waren nur zum Übernachten im Häuschen. Abend haben wir eine Nachricht bekommen das Licht im Bad auszumachen. 😮 Mein Sohn saß aber auf der Toilette. Dann kam der Nachricht, dass wir über die Nacht das Licht angelassen hätten. Das stimmt aber nicht, denn die Tür war immer offen und wir hätten es bemerkt. Ein bitteter Beigeschmack, wenn man einen langen Tag in Paris nichtmal in Ruhe seine Geschäfte im Bad erledigen kann.

Wir haben dort nur übernachtet. Die Besitzerin war freundlich, die Wohnung sauber, es gab einen Parkplatz, und die Metro war in der Nähe. Besonders schön fanden wir den Garten.

Die Wohnung war ein wenig eng, deshalb würde ich sie für mehrere Nächte nicht empfehlen. Das Tragen von Koffern und Taschen über die Treppen war nicht besonders bequem.

Cicha okolica, 10 minut sprawcem do piekarni (pyszne wypieki), 20-25 do metra/PER który można się dostać pod Notre Dame czy Wieże Eiffla, pani gospodyni bardzo miła, domek czysty, spory bo piętrowy, możliwość pobytu z psem i darmowe miejsce parkingowe. Stosunek ceny do jakości 11/10 :)

Gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Holzhäuschen im Vorort von Paris. Für einen Kurztrip zu empfehlen.

Ruhige Wohngegend mit einem Bäcker und mehreren Imbissen in der Nähe. Alles wie beschrieben: Gemütliches, von außen nicht einsehbares Holzhäuschen in einem schön angelegten Garten. Hübsches und großes Schlafzimmer im Spitzboden. Gute Ausstattung von Küche und Bad. Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, Parkplatz vor der Tür wurde extra für uns freigehalten. Hund willkommen. Zentrum von Paris in 30 Minuten erreichbar (mit Uber 25-30€). Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Schlafsessel unbequem, sollte mal erneuert werden.

Zugang über über schräge Abfahrt zur Tiefgarage kaum machbar. AC läuft nicht und das bei nahezu 40 Grad. Von den Verletzungen die mir der freilaufende Hund beigebracht hat kaum zu reden. Wir mussten uns kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel (5808144358) buchen. Von der Unterkunft Beschreibung stimmt nichts. Zwei aufgeklappte Sessel als Bett ohne Bezüge. Habe Booking bereits gebeten die Buchungskosten zurück zu überweisen.

Geweldig verblijf met alles wat je nodig hebt

Ik heb echt genoten van deze plek. Super fijne accommodatie en hele vriendelijke host. Alles was schoon en goed geregeld; fijne ruimtes, lekker bed, airco op beide verdiepingen. De locatie is goed ten opzichte van Parijs, ik was op de fiets en het is vanuit het Noordoosten relatief eenvoudig aankomen. Vanuit de locatie met OV naar de stad gegaan. In de buurt zijn er wat restaurants en winkeltjes.

Chalet, pluie, grêle et mariage

La localisation avec la salle de fête où nous nous sommes rendus. Accueil et gentillesse de l'hôte, chalet propre, bien équipé. La place de parking est vraiment un plus.

Le chalet a l'air plus grand sur les photos. Les canapés-lits étaient ouverts à notre arrivée réduisant l'espace. Proximité avec le lieu d'habitation du propriétaire (moyen pour l'intimité).

Sauberkeit, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, es war alles da was man braucht das beinhaltete auch Handtücher, Duschgel etc., die Unterkunft war komplett klimatisiert und es wurde sogar ein Parkplatz freigehalten!

Le logement est calme et propre. Il ne manque rien dans la cuisine. On à trouver l'huile pour cuisiner, tous les épices , capsules de café. Gel douche, plusieurs serviettes.

Il faut impérativement faire une porte extérieure pour l'entrée parce qu'il faut traverser la rampe du garage. Honnêtement c'est le seul point négatif.

Zauberhaftes, kleines Häuschen inmitten von Paris

Süßes, kleines Häuschen mit einer guten Grundausstattung. Auf den Fotos sah es tatsächlich etwas größer aus, aber für unseren Zweck war es gut. Wir waren morgens aus dem Haus und erst spät abends zurück. ÖPNV Verbindungen waren sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und in knapp einer Stunde waren wir auch im Zentrum von Paris. Mit dem Auto wollten wir uns das einfach nicht antun. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hat uns alles Wichtige in der Wohnung gezeigt.

In der Küche vermissten wir ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie zb. ein Nudelsieb, aber das klappte auch so. Für mich mit Rückenproblemen war die Matratze etwas ungeeignet, aber mein Partner kam gut damit zurecht. Im Schlafzimmer wäre vielleicht noch eine Kommode ganz nett damit man seine Sachen dort reinräumen kann und nicht aus der Tasche leben muss. Der Platz wäre auf jeden Fall da. Wie gesagt nur Kleinigkeiten. Alles in allem sind wir mit der Buchung zufrieden gewesen.

Logement sympathique pour une ou 2 nuits, dans la propriété du propriétaire. Propriétaire joignable. Place de parking réservée devant la maison. Logement propre, nous y avons bien dormi.

Logement pas très bien isolé. Ce n'est pas le meilleur des quartiers mais proche de commodités.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, nur 30-35 Minuten vom Pariser Zentrum mit dem Auto

Alles war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Küche war alles da, was man benötigt. Gute Betten und Bettzeug.
