If one doesn’t require silence or comfort: book it.

Really centrally Located, near station and facilities

It was quite underwhelming. Entering the building one is greeted by an overwhelming perfume of wet dogs. A smell that even gets thru the door of the appartement. Seen the several room diffusers in the hallway, this is a known fact. The noise in the appartement is terrible: not only from the passing trains 24/7, but even more so from the refrigerator next to the bed (what a remarkable location for such a utility) and the boiler. Not to mention the light coming from that, enough to lit the room. The kitchen lacks basic utilities such ash a cutting board, sharp nice, and plates are chipped. When turning on the water Kettle the, it has a power shortcut so all the power in the appartement goes out and the central meter much be switched on. 2 of the heatpith of the induction aren’t working. No teatowles are provided so the dishes have to airdry on the counter. The bed (covered in plastic) is a small queensize. Not suitable for two adult men. This should me mentioned! The couch, straight from the Middle Ages when once used a torture device: the steel spirals coming thru and so unpleasant to sit on. And; the communication is pushy, not to say demanding and messages like “hellooooo” and “are you still alive” aren’t very professional.

Lovely long stay in Theresa's Apartment ;)

The apartment was great with all the amenities that you need for a middle - long stay! Theresa the owner was always available for us throughout our stay!

The noise from the public transport (trains) can be heard. It’s a spacious apartment, but it was missing some surfaces to put our things on. In the shower, it would have been great to have a shelf or holder for toiletries.

Great location for park and ride into Paris

Parking included is a big plus. I drive from UK to Paris, parking my car here and go into the city by public transport. The apartment is clean with basic kitchen utensil. Overall it's neat and tidy. Will be back again if I m travelling to Paris.

Amazing place to stay would stay again 100%

Every thing was amazing train station 3 minutes restaurant and shop very close very good communication before we arrived and after leaving secure car park very clean

Everything was excellent

Extremely clean accommodation. With everything you need. It has private parking, which was important to us. The hostess was extremely professional and kind. We only corresponded by phone, because we arrived at the accommodation late, but she sent us all the necessary information, even a video with useful information. There was also a folder with useful information in the room. The proximity to the railway is both an advantage and a disadvantage. An advantage because of the proximity of the station, when going to the city, but the noise that the trains make can disturb you while you sleep if the windows are open. We knew that before arriving and were ready for it. We kept the windows closed and used the ceiling fan. The accommodation is well located if you are going to the Stade de France, as the RER B goes there. Also close if you go to the stadium by car, 15 minutes drive. RER B is a good line to get around. It takes you to some important points in Paris, it has a good connection with other metro lines. There are shops nearby, an excellent bakery, and there is a open market on Sundays. We are satisfied with the accommodation and would come again.

Memorable stay

Theresa is a wonderful host ..n yes,She is most lovable free GUIDE...Place is just like home away from home..just 5 mnt walk to train station... Indian restaurant, grocery all in a few steps distance....My 11 years old daughter preferred more hours to stay there over few city attractions...we all wanted to stay Lil more days..but professional constraints... Would love to visit again

Worked perfectly for us as we wanted to visit Paris without staying in Paris. Parking was great and really close to RER station. Everything worked. Bathroom was great. Thérèse sent us great check in info.

Super nice, clean apartment close to Charles de Gaulle airport.

This is a great place if you need to stay close to Charles de Gaulle airport, with very convenient access to Paris city centre. The apartment is super clean - and I really mean it: I had to search the floor and even insides of the sofa to find an earring that I dropped there. The place had all the amenities mentioned in the description (including huge, clean towels, 2 large bottles of water, and some coffee pods), free wifi worked smoothly, and the owner was always very kind, helpful, and caring, in an unobtrusive way. Overall, this is a place I cannot recommend highly enough.

Al ir con coche el alojamiento era perfecto, teniamos parking y la estacion esta muy cerca, en 20 minutos te plantas en Notre Dame, solo fueron 3 noches pero estuvimos muy comodos.

La proprietaria dà utili consigli prima dell'arrivo e al momento dell'arrivo, il check in è stato fatto di persona e la proprietaria ci ha atteso nonostante un ritardo di circa un'ora rispetto alla previsione iniziale (abbiamo comunque avvisato mezz'ora prima dell'arrivo via whattsap) il livello di modernità dell'appartamento corrisponde alle foto letto e divano letto sono confortevoli la doccia è buona il frigorifero che abbiamo dovuto accendere al nostro arrivo si è raffreddato in poco tempo

descrizione servizi errata: io scelgo gli appartamenti anche in base alla presenza della lavastoviglie. nella descrizione c'era, ma nella realtà non c'era. il problema è stato segnalato alla proprietaria che ha riconosciuto un errore in buona fede, ma come soluzione ha proposto di andarcene o un rimborso del solo 3% (poi tristemente confermato da booking.com in base alle policy sui rimborsi). insonorizzazione: è vero che non si sentono voci dal vicinato, ma i binari del treno sono molto vicini e per insonorizzare veramente servirebbero delle doppie finestre; inoltre si sente rumore di passi molto pesanti dai vicini di sopra fino a mezzanotte / l'una e sembra come di stare in un tamburo. dipendenza dalla rer B: la fermata è vicina ma la dipendenza da un unico mezzo può rendere le cose difficili (ci sono capitati lavori estivi con un cambio da fare alla gare du nord; rientro a orario di ufficio da parigi proibitivo con treni estremamente affollati; servizio inattivo una sera per presenza di persone sui binari). conversazione con la proprietaria non sempre gradevole: la proprietaria chiede di scrivere per qualsiasi necessità o problema, ma nella realtà dei fatti dimostra di mal digerire le critiche. esempi: "avreste dovuto intuire la non presenza della lavastoviglie dalle foto degli altri appartamenti" (non sono autorizzato a pensare che ci possa essere un elettrodomestico incassato dietro a uno sportello della cucina); "i vicini non fanno rumore con i passi perché gli altri vicini non li sentono, siete voi che siete esagerati"; per qualsiasi problema la prima soluzione proposta è: "potete andarvene se non vi trovate bene" non capendo la difficoltà di fare questo con due bambini e bagagli. attesa prima del check in: sebbene la proprietaria fosse già in loco, ci ha fatto attendere 15 minuti in strada con bambini e bagagli prima di fare il check in, dicendoci di aspettare da una finestra.

Propre, douillet et endroit securitaire.

L’accueil chaleureux, appartement très bien équipé et très confortable. Aéré même en pleine canicule, grâce aux nombreux ventilateurs. Très propre, le stationnement privé et sécurisé un gros+. A quelques minutes à pied du train, qui nous amènent directement au centre de Paris.
