- The location is very convenient if you want to visit the city centre, the Stade de France, Le Bourget...
- The apartment has everything also for a longer stay, you can cook, do the laundry, iron it, work at the desk with your laptop etc.
- The host is very kind and knows the meaning of hospitality
- All of the "flaws" are already clear from the description. The apartment has no elevator and you will have to climb to the fourth floor, the last stairs are quite narrow, but that's something quite typical in France. There is no air conditioning, so I will not recommend it for hot summer days. Pay attention to the sloped ceiling, as it is quite easy to hit your head.

Theo is a wonderful host who really tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The aparment is fairly small but very cozy with all the neccessities you need for a multi day stay. Proximity to a train station definitely is a plus.

It was the perfect home away from home feeling! The bed was super comfortable, the lighting was perfect and built-in shades means I could make the apartment completely dark whenever I wanted. The host is the kindest man everrrrr! There was a problem with wifi and he came right over and fixed it. Was always at my disposal and randomly texted to check in. PERFECT STAY!!! I will definitely be back!
The ONLY bad part are the stairs and next time I will definitely pack lighter ! lol
