I would consider to choose this place

"I recently rented an apartment from Martin that was simple but had all the essentials. However, the experience was marred by the landlord's attitude and expectations, as well as some issues with the apartment's cleanliness. The sofa was dirty, and the bedsheets smelled of dampness, which wasn't pleasant.

Upon check-out, we were also asked to thoroughly clean the apartment, including taking out the bin, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. As a guest, I wasn't expecting such tasks, and it left a sour taste. While the apartment's location might be convenient, the state of cleanliness and the landlord's demands took away from our overall experience. Perhaps clearer communication about expectations and a bit more attention to cleanliness would improve things for future guests." Also cleaning price is included +40€

Empfehlenswert für Sightseeing in Paris

Sehr angenehm eingerichtete Wohnung, schnelle und angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. In 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Zug, der einen für 2,5€ nach Paris bringt. Haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Bäcker und Supermarkt in kurzer Entfernung.

Super Urlaub

Wir waren zu zweit mit zwei Kids und einem kleinen Hund in der Wohnung – Platz war absolut ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit , dem Vermieter, lief super unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Bel appartement moderne et chaleureux, bien situé

Appartement à la fois moderne et chaleureux, très belle cuisine et beau balcon. Place de parking attitrée disponible au sous-sol. Très fonctionnel pour un séjour de une à deux semaines, à la fois proche de Paris, de Disneyland et de quelques amis nous concernant. Le site des jeux olympiques 2024 de canoë kayak est accessible à pied de l’appartement.

Si le lit 2 places dans la chambre est très confortable, pour plus de 2 personnes (enfants par exemple), celles-ci dormiront dans le clic-clac du salon. Ce n’est pas un problème en soit, mais il vaut mieux prévoir des masques de sommeil pour les enfants pour améliorer l’obscurité (nous en avions).

Gelegen op een 15tal minuten wandelen van het station waar een verbinding naar Parijs heel gemakkelijk is, vlakbij de Olympische piste. Vlotte communicatie met host, reageert heel snel.
