Tout est à porté de main de la maison. Les transport, les resto, les supermarchés, etc.

les toilettes s'ouvrent directement au salon. Je n'ai pas aprécié. C'est mieux de les avoir dans la SDB qui est grande en plus.

Close to train station and very confortable

A localização é excelente, tem supermercados perto e a estação do comboio e autocarros é a 4 minutos a pé. Zona muito tranquila e segura. Estava muito calor mas a casa é optima e tinha 2 ventoinhas maravilhosas. A cozinha tem tudo o que é preciso para fazer refeições. Os anfitriões foram muito simpáticos. Da próxima vez que voltarmos à Disneyland, remarcamos este alojamento.

Location and self catering facilities, which we didn't use much though.

Excessive Deposit: A 500-euro deposit is far too high for an apartment of this size and type. Poor Communication: Communication from management was almost nonexistent until the day of our arrival. Furthermore, having to coordinate the deposit payment with the landlord while communicating with a separate property manager created unnecessary confusion—there should be a single point of contact. Delayed Refund: We had to repeatedly ask for our deposit to be returned after checking out. It took a full 10 days to get our money back, which is completely unacceptable given the large amount requested. Overall, the lack of organization and slow communication detracted significantly from our stay.
