A great family base to explore Disneyland and the city

A great location close to the train station for easy access to both Disneyland and the city. There were also restaurants within easy walking distance. Our host was courteous and friendly, and replied promptly to any queries. The apartment was also thoughtfully setup with families in mind with a cot, soft toys and a bunk bed.

The wifi wasn't working, but our host had excellent communication and worked hard to resolve this, so while not ideal for us, shouldn't be a problem normally.

Rubbish not worth of money.

Nothing to like it,it’s like you entering in a cave.Humid smell no ventilation .

Nothing to like the property.and one more thing damage deposit €500 for this rubbish property.And the deposit is direct in host account and you lose money in conversion charges.we almost lose £40 ponds in return.

Apartment is decent and location is awsome maybe the only complain we have was the smell of the towels seems not washed

Location near to train station going to Disneyland and the price is fair enough. Host was responsive if we need help and questions even she was on duty at work.

Though the host gave us instructions but entering the property too complicated and too much to follow , but host was responsive so it went well. I don't feel safe around the area. One last thing the deposit was too big for that kind of apartment.

It was difficult to open the door, but a phone call to the host soon sorted it out.

Generally we had a really nice stay and would definitely come again.

Location was excellent for the train to Disney and into Paris. There are also lots of places to eat within walking distance. The apartment felt almost like home with all the facilities and how it was arranged/decorated/kitted out. A large Spar just up the road meant we could easily walk to do shopping for meals/packed lunches etc. The host provided lots of information regarding how to find and get access to the apartment, and quickly replied to enquiries during our stay. There was a minor hiccup when getting our full deposit back which was quickly resolved.

Having the toilet separate from the shower room was a bit odd, but we quickly got used to it.

I would never stay in this location.

Gaining entrance to the property was like an “Escape Room” adventure. There were about 3 locked doors with different complicated methods of entry, which also made our family feel as though it was an unsafe location due to the number of locked doors/keypads for entry.

The house had a rancid smell of mold. It felt/looked dirty-with hair on the linens. Also, all of the windows were closed shut tightly with a roller shutters for safety- but also made the smelly apartment feel like a dirty, dark cave.

O partamento não estava limpo como deveria ser notie que os lençóis estava sujos muita poderia em todos os comodos como se tivesse muito tempo sem limpar eu como trabalho com limpeza tenho o olho atento e tbm do calcçao que eles pedem de 500 euros muito alto nunca tinha visto isso antes mas não tive poblema para receber

De locatie is perfect op echt nog geen 2 minuten loopafstand van het station en maar 4 haltes van disneyland verwijderd. Verder een prima verblijf voor 4 personen!

De instructies om binnen te komen en de parkeerplaats vinden was een klein beetje onduidelijk en stroef verlopen, maar allemaal netjes opgelost door de host.

Крайне неприятный опыт. Мы не смогли заселиться, хотя заранее оплатили проживание. В день заезда (!) нам неожиданно сообщили, что необходимо внести дополнительный залог в размере 500 евро банковским переводом , никакой информации об этом в момент бронирования или в нашем языке интерфейса не было указано. Мы предложили оплатить депозит наличными на месте ,нам отказали, и настаивали на переводе на личную карту без указания назначения платежа. Это выглядит как попытка уйти от налогов, и, конечно, вызвало у нас серьёзные сомнения в честности арендатора. Кроме того, мы путешествовали с ребёнком, и ситуация была абсолютно некомфортной: вечером, с малышом , мы остались без жилья и без возможности вернуть деньги. Мы считаем, что такая организация - абсолютно непрозрачна и вводит в заблуждение. Условия оплаты должны быть чётко и ясно указаны при бронировании и на всех языках, особенно если речь идёт о значительных суммах и специфических способах оплаты( все скриншоты имеются ) Считаем поведение владельца некорректным и недопустимым. Не рекомендуем.

Preis-Leistung Sehr gut

Das Viertel ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber voll in Ordnung. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist eben der entscheidende Punkt, hier muss man ein paar Abstriche machen. Aber für ein paar Tage sehr zu empfehlen. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Rezessionen hatten wir keine Probleme mit der Rückzahlung der Kaution (500 EUR).

Leider war der Arcade-Spielautomat, der in den Bildern abgebildet ist, defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Das Bett war uns viel zu weich, sodass wir leider Rückenschmerzen bekamen, aber das ist ja eher subjektiv. Zudem haben wir das gesamte Geschirr direkt in die Spülmaschine gepackt, da wir es so nicht einfach benutzen wollten.

Revervasyon yaptirdik ödememizi yaptik.turkiyeden yola ciktik ve 2800 km yol geldik yakinlastigimizda ise aradık ve kimseye ulaşamadık saatlerce 2 tane çocuğumla buz gibi havada arabanın içinde maf olduk ne bir muhattap var ne özür dileyen ne de geri ödeme alan bir dünya ücreti aldılar sonrada işletme kendisi biz onları aramaya başladıktan sonra booking üzerinden rezerve iptali yaptı bizden habersiz. Üstelik hiç bir sekilde ulaşım sağlayamadik.magduruyetimin giderilmesini paramın ödenmesini ve küçük çocuklarımın rezaleti için özür ve konaklama hakki istiyorum. Hayatımda böyle zor durumda kalmamıştır. Hakkımı da helal etmiyorum.

Estado de abandono

Nada. Muy inseguro ya que es un bajo sin rejas ni seguridad, y el lugar peligroso.

Estaba muy desordenado, espejos sueltos,mi hijo tuvo un accidente y se cortó con un cristal, balcón super sucio y abandonado, fregadero atorado que daba asco, la zona peligrosa y el alojamiento en estado de abandono. Encima la propietaria te pide un depósito de 500€ los cuales luego no te devuelve y te hace responsable de los desperfectos que tiene su alojamiento para así pagarlos a costa de los huéspedes. Adjunto fotos del mal estado del fregadero que estaba así al llegar y la propietaria nos a culpado para quedarse con nuestro depósito. Nunca jamás volveré y si alguien lo hace que se atenga luego a las consecuencias que esto le va a suponer

Logement magnifiquement décoré et accessible par les transports en commun. Le logement est également bien équipé. Très idéal pour les familles avec enfants qui souhaitent les parcs d'attraction comme Disneyland. De très bons restaurants également non loin du logement si vous aimez bien manger comme nous.
